House was a beautiful old tudor mansion..amazing location and able to walk to over a dozen coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. Only complaint was no AC.. got kinda hot in june.. but once the sun went down the open windows and breeze was nice. Overall pretty awesome stay.

Local was great. A short walk to Fremont Street offers lots of options for dining and the local market has an awesome deli. Easy access for the Uber drivers to travel thru Seattle.

Some lights were not working, and bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner. The stairs going to the upper loft was a little tenuous because of no outside railing

For the most part, the Upper Suite was as described. I was not expecting as steep of a staircase to the unit as there was. The railing between the staircase and the restroom was also rather low and didn't seem totally safe. Other than that, the accommodations were great. Plenty of space and all amenities needed. The washer/dryer was fantastic.

The location was great - always easily found parking - usually in front of the house. Bus stop two blocks away made going downtown easy. The rose garden and zoo were only about 4 blocks away. Many nice details in the apartment - felt homey.
