Upscale Modern Private Cottage

Our modern little cottage is the perfect getaway spot whether it is for a day, week or month. Being a brand new construction it is up to date on all amenities and you will find yourself very cozy and comfortable! As well as in a great location.

The space
Guests have access to the whole house. Upstairs roof top and owners private basketball court. We have a separate fenced and gated yard if you are travelling with your dogs. Very centrally located to everything. East-side and 20 minutes from down town Seattle. Excellent location!

The house was very nice, the location was great at the end of a street and in close proximety to the freeway, shopping, restaurants, hiking and many other activities. The hosts were very nice, accommodating and great communicators.

We enjoyed a relaxing enjoyable night in this cozy cottage with our kids and Dad. It was perfectly suited for our needs and we loved the fact that it was tucked back behind the street. We will certainly return when the occasion arises.

Fabulous place! Stayed this past weekend for a bachelorette party. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Homeowners (who live onsite) were so welcoming and friendly!! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great. We didn't hear any freeway noise inside the unit. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. We went to Chateau Ste Michelle winery by Uber and it was a quick ride. Would definitely stay again

The property is super adorable. The host, Rosy has created a wonderful environment. Through a mistake of our own, there was a mix up between the upstairs and downstairs being separate units and Rosy went above and beyond to try to accommodate the mistake. We greatly appreciated her communication and problem solving. We would definitely stay with her in the future.

Vwry well equiped, cab easily accommodate 8 pepple. Fully air-conditioned. Ideal for long stay as well as short one. Owner very attentive and respond immediately and solve any minor problem that we had. Highky recommended

The stay at this cottage was amazing! I threw a small birthday party for my boyfriend, and we had a great stay! Rosy was so accommodating and helpful. I had a few issues trying to reserve with another rental site and Rosy was so helpful in making accommodations and assisting me in the booking process. The cottage was literally sparkling clean upon arrival, and the home itself was just really cute. We all had a lot of fun and this will most definitely be a place to book again in the future!

Property is on the back of a panhandle lot, and it’s tight to get in. It sits next to the sound wall of I405, so you’ll hear the freeway. Also some finish work needs to be completed inside (painting, poorly secured curtains, tub trim not affixed, loose bathroom faucet.)

I wanted to love this place for its cute modern look, convenient location, and accommodating hosts. Unfortunately, our bedding wasn't the cleanest, the heating system did not work well and it is winter, and the fridge stopped working due to a tripped breaker. Hosts were close and on top of the repairs but heat stopped working again mid night. Also this is a condo/apartment not a house, you have two units one on top the other. Points for hosts being a very nice couple.
