    A fully-renovated 2026 triplex on a quiet residential corner in Seattle's Central District, hosted by Stay in Nest (Superhost · 1,100+ five-star reviews across our portfolio). Three independent units stacked in one building — each with its own kitchen, living room, and entrance. Sleeps 12 across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (1 private ensuite in the Unit C master; the other 3 are hallway bathrooms shared within each unit).

    Unit C Accessibility Note:
    Unit C offers step free access at the entrance, making entry easy and convenient. Inside the unit, there is one small step before reaching the bedroom, so guests with mobility aids may need a bit of assistance. Please note, access between Unit C and Unit A is via staircase, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges.

    Step outside to the vibrant Central District with cafés, restaurants, and parks just minutes away. The Link Light Rail is close by and offers easy access to downtown Seattle, Pike Place Market, and Lumen Field a World Cup 2026 venue making match days simple and stress-free.

    Enjoy nearby Judkins Park for fresh air and relaxation. With 3 separate yet connected units, this home is perfect for groups who want both privacy and shared time together—ideal for family trips, reunions, or unforgettable Seattle adventures.

    You have access to the entire house and the yard!

    - Quiet Hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m.
    To maintain peace in our quiet neighborhood, please observe quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. No loud noise should be made inside or outside the house during this time, as our home is very close to our neighbors.

    If any disruptions disturb the neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Violations of these rules, including hosting private parties, will incur a $1,000 charge.

    Ensuring a quiet community and a comfortable stay is our priority.

    - We ask that any music played outdoors be during daytime hours and kept at a reasonable volume.

    - We reserve the right to shut down and remove any unapproved events from the premises and cancel the remainder of the reservation if rules are not adhered to.


    PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

    1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】
    We want all of our guests to have a wonderful stay with us, so we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting any parties or events. We have a security system and outside surveillance cameras to ensure everyone's safety, and we appreciate your understanding that any noise or motion may trigger them. Please note that Airbnb's policy strictly prohibits parties, and violators will be charged a $1,000 fine.

    2.【QUIET HOURS 9PM-8AM】
    Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable home away from home. We understand that our guests come from all walks of life and with different schedules, so we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors' peace and quiet during the hours of 9 pm to 8 am. We truly appreciate your cooperation in making our rental home a welcoming space for all.

    3.【NO SMOKING】
    To ensure a safe and healthy environment for all of our guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the rental home or anywhere on the property. If any signs of smoking are detected, a $1,000 violation fee will be charged.

    4.【PET POLICY】
    We are happy to welcome pets at our property! However, all pets must be declared at the time of booking and approved in advance.

    Please note that bringing an unregistered or unauthorized pet is not allowed. If an undeclared pet is found on the premises, a non-refundable fee of $500 (up to $1,000 depending on the situation) will be charged.

    5. 【NO SHOES】
    We kindly ask that you remove your shoes when entering the rental home to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all of our guests.

    6.【Self Catering】
    We want you to feel at home during your stay, so we will provide an initial starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper. If you need additional supplies during your stay, they can be purchased from a nearby store at your expense.

    7.【Early check-in】
    We understand that early check-ins can be helpful in certain situations, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. However, please note that a $200 early check-in fee will be charged, and approval is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day. Please check with us one day prior to your check-in date to confirm availability.

    8.【NO late check-out】
    We kindly ask that you check out on time so that our cleaning crew has enough time to prepare the rental home for the next guests. Late check-outs are not possible due to same-day check-ins.

    9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
    We want to make sure that our rental home remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests, so we kindly ask that you sort your garbage and recyclables and dispose of them in the appropriate bins. If you are unsure, please leave them inside the rental home, and our cleaning crew will handle them.

    10. 【Lost & Found】
    We want to ensure that you have a stress-free check-out process, so please make sure that you take all of your personal belongings with you when leaving. If you happen to forget something, we can certainly ship it back to you for a handling fee of $100 plus the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).

    11. 【Stay for 30 days or more】
    If you're planning to stay with us for 30 days or more, we'd like to extend a warm welcome and ask you to sign a lease agreement. It's not just a formality; it helps us ensure your comfort, legal compliance, and a smooth stay. We also require our guest to must have an income of at least three times the monthly rent and a credit score of 700 or higher. Background and credit check is required. Guest may book the date to secure the reservation, but if they fail the background or credit check, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

    12. 【Unregistered Guests】
    All visitors must be registered during their stay. Unregistered guests may incur a $50 fee per person. This ensures safety and quality for all. Please notify us in advance if you plan to have visitors.

    13. 【Liability Waiver】
    Guests acknowledge that use of the property and its amenities is at their own risk and agree to release and hold harmless the Homeowner/Host from any claims, injuries, damages or liabilities arising from accidents, injuries, or losses.

Great place with all new appliances and well appointed kitchens. The access to the upper level is a little disjointed as you have to enter through an exterior door in the kitchen. There is a driveway, but street parking was never an issue. Several walkable places to dine nearby including sushi, bbq and a coffee shop.
