Our Coastal Getaway features 2 bedrooms - 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms. Pull out sofa sectional allows for additional occupancy, sleeping a total of 6 people. Kitchen provides all the cooking supplies needed for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Brand new 4-burner gas grill outside on the porch behind the master bedroom. Washer and dryer located in garage. Screen enclosed back patio area features sectional sofa and mini fridge, located just off the dining room and kitchen. Two Adirondack chairs located on front porch are great for the perfect sunset views! Driveway allows for up to 3 vehicles or two trucks and boat trailers.

No smoking in the house or on enclosed back patio. If smoke is detected inside the home, there will be an additional fee of $500. No pets allowed. An additional $300 cleaning fee will be charged if pets are found on property. Guests are not permitted to exceed occupancy of 6 persons in accordance with local laws. Vehicle parking is permitted in driveway only and not on street or yard.
