Immaculate property

The best property we’ve stayed at to date. It was so clean and had more than expected available, such as kitchenware, linen, beach stuff, etc. The pictures do not do this property justice. It was more than spacious and decorated so nice. Eddie was very responsive to our concerns no matter how trivial the question was. Excellent stay!

Graduation getaway

We rented this home to attend our niece’s graduation. House was very spacious, kitchen was well stocked and the pool and outdoor area was great. House was immaculate and we would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Home!

Great vacation home, fully equipped! We loved the pool and fenced in backyard. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with the host Eddie was excellent. You can tell he is dedicated to what he does and cares about guest satisfaction!

Amazing !!!

My family and I stayed for 9 days at this beautiful estate. It was absolutely beautiful. The host Eddie was extremely helpful as well. He was always available if needed and just made our stay 10x better. Overall, we were very impressed with everything! My family and I will definitely be booking another stay here!

Awesome Pool

We had a wonderful time at this house. The pool was a huge hit with our kids. It was nice to be able to eat outside next to the pool. The house is convenient to go anywhere. Also a rare find to have garage parking.

Great Stay !

The house was beautiful and very clean. ( a lot bigger on the inside than you realize from the pictures ) The pool was a great extra ! We loved the quiet beaches. Eddie Nero was great to deal with! Everything was a very smooth process and he was always one call away. We will be back!

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful retreat from the winter weather in New England. The home is just as described on the VRBO site. Very comfortable, well appointed place with a beautiful heated pool and private fenced in yard. The property manager, Eddie Nero, is easy to reach and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He represents the property owners very well. Can’t wait to return again next year!

Comfortable and well equipped home

The check in process and the property manager Eddie was easy to communicate with, the home was clean and well equipped and had many toys for children, the beds comfortable and the most comfortable rental I have stayed in. We will be back as we have friends and family in this area.

Lovely house and confortable

The house was beutifull and everything was clean. The property was equipped it had everything we needed.They even had beach toys and pool toys for the kids. The kids love the pool and beach. The neighboorhood was very nice and quite. Looking forward to go back again.

I have rented from Eddie before. He is an amazing host. All of his properties have been absolutely wonderful. This house was clean and had everything we needed. The location gave us easy access to downtown Sebastian and Vero. I can’t wait to come back next year!!

June 2023 Vacation

We came to Sebastian FL for the first time because we found this home on VRBO. We were pleasantly surprised at every turn. The home was stocked with little necessities, and the area was gorgeous. Our little ones and big ones enjoyed the pool most of all. Thank you for an amazing five days and we will be back as often as possible.

Southern Comfort!

Well laid out, fully equipped home with newly resurfaced, heated pool. Conveniently located for beaches, shopping, restaurants, and enjoying the Indian River lagoon. The property manager, Eddie Nero, was very helpful, quick to respond to any concerns, and always pleasant to deal with! Looking forward to returning next year!

Excellent home with excellent host.

This home was just like the pictures! Eddie Nero, the host, made the check in process easy. He texted us before our arrival with clear and courteous instructions. He also checked in on us to ensure all was going well during our stay. We will definitely stay again in any one if Eddie’s host properties! Five stars from me!

Florida get away

This home is beautiful! Exactly what was seen in the pictures online. The home was so clean and beautifully decorated furnished with updated modern day plush furniture it’s pretty ! the pool area was clean and kept up. I can’t say enough about the manager Eddie . He is wonderful ! always able to talk to him when needed. Always had answers when we had any question definitely would rent this home again
