This business well-situated to where i wanted to be. I will most definitely stay here again and recommend anyone wanting to visit the Sebastian, FL area stay there as well.

Very clean little apartment-like setting. Loved being a few feet from Indian River. Sunrises beautiful. Service not at the property but they do respond promptly with questions. We would stay again.

Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of clean towels and linens. Kitchen was equipped with dishes, utensils etc. Pool was nice and right on the water. King size bed was comfortable. Only negative thing was no electrical outlet in the bathroom, so had to use my hair dryer in the bedroom. I would stay here again.

This was a studio type layout. Small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot. Dinner and silverware for two. The coffee maker was not working, but was replaced promptly. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of towels and wash cloths. The small kitchen did not have a sink, so the only choice was to wash the eating utensils in the bathroom sink. I would choose the one bedroom units over this one.

Very comfortable except…

I was very impressed with how clean everything was. The purple led lights in the air conditioning unit were annoying, there must be some way to turn them off?

The property was very clean, usually the first thing we notice is how black our 3 year olds feet are, no complaints at all the floors were super clean as was the rest of the suite. There was a lot of noise outside late into the night which kept our 3 year old up as they were throwing a football around that continually hit the window or door plus the arguing and fighting amongst the drunk adults sitting on their tailgates outside. The vacation was very comfortable and any issues we may have had was dealt with on the spot by Angela. We will be back as we came on a recommendation, and they can't control people at the end of the day.

This was our second visit and it was even better than our first! We brought our little jon boat this time and it was perfect. The boat slip was super convenient and we parked our truck & trailer in the lot next the property. I can’t say enough good things about this place.. Thank you Angela for another great visit.

It was a nice place to just relax while visiting family. Two of us stayed in the apartment size room as we only needed sleeping accommodations. Went out on the dock for morning sunrises and at night to watch the fish swimming around. Pool was nice as you could also see the river. Quiet surroundings.
