Three of us stayed at Goat Hill over the weekend. The house is very clean, and has all the basics we need. The decor is simple and modest. It is super convienant to go to the town or off shots to Bodega Bay or Healdsburg or Santa Rosa. I would stay here again!

Sabastopol Weekend Getaway

This property is tranquil and well appointed. A 10 minute drive into Sebastopol, and all the offerings of the town, a stay here is a peaceful, quiet respite in the woods, in proximity to urban amenities. A comfortable place for a small family or group of 3-4 friends. No distraction of TV, but fast wifi if you need to bring your own digital entertainment.

Your photo is best part of house: functional, easy. Place is newly done over so clean floors, decent appliances, OK bed - no nasty surprises there. Not as private as suggested: landscapers popping up often, surveyors one time. Pond builders for 2 days. minutes from Occidental and Andy's, so great location.Woud not suit a large group despite the 9 acres. House is snug except for main room.

I loved how private the property is. The only neighbors I could hear were the goats! We liked the nice kitchen and it was stocked enough to make cooking easy. Would stay again!

Loved the property; only concern it was unseasonably hot during our stay and while it didn’t have ac once we opened the windows and turned on the whole house fan it go much better. Loved having the goats near by; got concerned when we noticed a head or two stuck in the fence opening. We were able to release them. A not wouldn’t been helpful if that was what we should do or let them get themselves out. They were adorable!
