“Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations at all. We had booked and expected a 4-star hotel, but instead we were accommodated in a 3-star property that appeared quite run-down overall. We were particularly disappointed by the additional charges. Although use of the pool had been advertised, we were charged €2.50 for each towel. On top of that, there was an additional reception fee, while the tourist tax was charged separately as well. In our opinion, such extra costs should be……

“The property was listed as being in Piran. It was far from there in an area without retail or dining. It was listed as having a pool. There was no pool. There are 2 buildings. We were placed at one without a reception area and we had to walk to the other building for breakfast and to check in and out. Our room was very bleak - without decor. It resembled a college dorm room. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”
