「I arrived at this hotel and they checked me in. Fifteen minutes after I arrived into my room, they told me I had to leave as I had a foreign (US) passport. I told them I have an OCI card and that I am considered an Indian for these purposes. They did not understand that and asked me to leave - completely illegal per the Indian Government. They have to accept my OCI card. They wanted me to have an Indian address on my ID (which is not possible as I live in the US). Anyway, I left and checked into...

「It was so lovely to stay again in New Hindustan by Backpackers Heaven. My last stay was in 2019 and was so good that I made sure I was booked in for my latest stay in Delhi. The staff were so helpful and friendly and were happy to arrange reasonably priced transportation to and from the airport. They also helped us with sight seeing transport.
