“SCAM – DO NOT BOOK. I paid for my room three months in advance, yet when I arrived, the hotel had given my confirmed booking (along with at least 12 other guests) to SpiceJet passengers whose flights were canceled because they have a “contract” with the airline. This is completely unacceptable mismanagement. How do you justify giving away prepaid rooms?
