"Casa Parcha is something else! Sleeping in the middle of the forest to the sounds of hummingbirds, a river, and a waterfall in the background is just unbelievable. "This was my first time staying in a resort with my 12yo daughter and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The slides in one pool and the other pool kept her occupied for hours. The beach is RIGHT there and the rain forest is super close. “Courteous” doesn’t do this staff justice. You can ask the concierge, front desk, maintenance staff, and door staff anything and they will direct you the right way. They are all friendly without pretense. I would take a quick trip to the convenience store right outside the resort because the shop in the resort is way over priced. We will be returning very soon to stay at our new favorite place!"
