“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. “The people who work there are so great and kind. It is a really nice location - although the beach down on the left is much calmer. The hotel itself is sufficient. It's tidy and has some amenities. It definitely could use some updating such as new comforters/bed covers. Our curtains had holes in them... the bed was pretty comfortable. The staff was nice and loaned us the sunscreen and after spray they have at the front desk. They also loan towels and chairs and had some boogie boards. The……

“Noisy in the morning. Was awakened by other guests at 330 in the morning to very very loud music!”

“We were disappointed when we arrived to see a room that did not reflect at all what is shown on the site. Towels were dingy, floor was dirty, the carpet runner in front of the bath room was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. The few dingy utensils there were we did not touch. We are experienced travelers and this felt like a thrird-world experience. There were 2 bottles of water in frig that were simply refilled!? After traveling 12 hours to arrive here it was a complete dissapointment. Guest……

“Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. Scenery was gorgeous and it was very quiet and peaceful. ”

“Very clean facility with excellent amenities. On-site parking in front of the apartment is an added value. Air conditioner and tv in the bedroom were excellent. Lets talk about the hosts; in a nigh after returning from an activity the door lock failed and immediately they were at our side solving the problem right away. A new door lock was installed and no matter it was my voluntary choice to give them a tip, under any circumstance they accepted it. Thank you guys for your help and support.”

“This is a great option for the money! The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The only drawback was the amount of mold on the shower curtain and the pillows smelled like mold. I imagaine this is a common issue in humid environments but something to consider when booking. ”
