• Bedroom 1: King bed, views, with bathroom just across the hall, and a dedicated workspace with desk and 28" Dell monitor (bring your own device and cable to connect)
• Bedroom 2: King bed, views, with attached en-suite bathroom
• Hotel-quality cotton linens provided— no stuffy polyester sheets here!

Guest access
The home is part of a duplex, but there are **NO SHARED SPACES** — each unit has its own separate & private entrance, driveway, dedicated parking, and outdoor space. The walls were soundproofed when we renovated the home in 2025.

Guest have access to the entire home except for two storage closets.
