This remodeled single level condo offers 1,150 square feet with two bedrooms, and two bathrooms (both en suite) to accommodate up to six guests.
With this ground level condo, you enter through the front door and into the main living space holding the living room, dining area and kitchen.
Living Room: In the living room, you'll find comfortable furnishings, including a new queen memory foam sofa sleeper, Smart TV, fireplace (decorative only), and access to the patio. There is also a cabinet filled with lots of games and puzzles for some indoor fun.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless appliances, including a new refrigerator, new counters and cabinets, and bar seating for two.
Dining Area: The dining area offers a dining table with seating for six.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom — King size bed, 48” Smart TV, access to the patio, the en suite bathroom offers a stone counter vanity and a separate tub/shower combo. You'll also find a stacked washer and dryer in a closet.
Bedroom 2 –Two twin beds (or can be put together for a king upon request and a $30 fee), Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a stone counter vanity and a separate shower.
Outdoor spaces:
The partially-covered patio is a lovely and relaxing space with cushion chairs, outdoor dining and plenty of views.

Enjoy many great community amenities including community pool, BBQ grills, hot tub, and tennis courts for your use.
The pool and spa is open year round from 8am to 10pm. The water for the pool will only be heated in the months of March, April and May at 80 degrees. During the summer months the pool naturally heats to around 85 degrees. The winter months the pool will be kept at 50 degrees to maintain the tile. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the hot tub(s). No animals allowed in the pool, spa or tennis/pickleball areas.
