Sleeping arrangements
Inside, two serene bedrooms each offer a king-sized bed with soft linens, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades to ensure restful nights. The living room has a Queen sofa bed. Closets and dressers provide space to settle in, and the suite comfortably accommodates up to four guests. A single full bathroom features a bathtub, shower, and a selection of bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
Kitchen & dining
The private kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with an induction stove, air fryer stainless steel oven, and dishwasher for easy cleanup. A refrigerator, freezer, and mini fridge keep everything fresh, while the microwave, toaster, and coffee maker round out the space. Cooking basics and dining essentials are on hand, so you can prepare simple breakfasts or relaxed dinners at the dining table.
Outdoor living
Through the private entrance, you’ll find a patio or balcony and a quiet backyard where you can dine outdoors or unwind by the fire pit beneath Sedona’s clear night sky. Comfortable seating invites you to linger and take in the mountain and garden views, surrounded by the sounds of nature.

Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi tested at 171 Mbps, suitable for streaming or remote work. A dedicated workspace with a door offers privacy, and an ethernet connection supports reliable video calls.

Families are welcome here, with a crib and pack ’n play available upon request. The suite is equipped with central air conditioning, central heating, and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort.
Safety & convenience
The property includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Exterior security cameras are positioned on the front side of the property, at the guest entrance, front porch, and RV parking area, for peace of mind. Guests can enjoy free driveway parking for one vehicle and convenient self check-in via keypad.

The guest suite is attached to the main home and separated by a sound dampening wall.
Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
All cameras are located on the front side of the property. One is by the guest entrance. One is by the front porch and the other covers the RV parking area.

We have cameras monitoring the parking areas and the front doors. There are no cameras inside the house or in the back of the house. The hot tub is located in the backyard gardens.
