Sedona Sweetness Vacation Rentals offers Sedona Sweetness #1. Stunning and Serene Sedona Getaway with HOT TUB! Nestled just a short stroll from Thunder Mountain Trail head which leads to a vast number of hiking options.
Come enjoy the peaceful, clean and cozy setting of this one bedroom, 420 square foot home, featuring a kitchenette with built in eating space, a full bath, and 2 large smart tv's. Spacious vaulted ceilings with windows provide glorious natural daylight. Rest and rejuvenate on a queen bed with a memory 12" memory foam mattress with a 3" topper. Bring your swimsuit and treat yourself to a soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking. Enjoy a beautiful sunset followed by a evening by the fire pit. Grill and eat outdoors or cook a meal using a toaster oven, induction stovetop, crockpot or microwave.

Hosts are available and live nearby and are available if needed.
The home nestled in a quiet neighborhood in W. Sedona (important feature for many) near the base of Thunder Mountain. Thunder Mountain Trail head is walking distance from the home and offers many hiking/biking options. Several grocery stores and restaurants are within a few miles of the home. Sedona does enforce a noise ordinance, so quiet time begins at 10 pm.
Having a car is the easiest way to get around. Uber is also available in Sedona. Public transportation is limited, but we do have a service available with LINKS transportation.
Firepit: Directions for the firepit are on the inside of the firepit door.

Quick Visit to Sedona

Perfectly appointed and great location. Easy check in and access when we arrived late in the evening from PHX. Hosts are super responsive and great recommendations for all things Sedona. We’ll be back for a longer visit.

Beautiful time in Sedona

This property was very comfortable, clean, well appointed and attractive. Theresa was very proactive and responsive. The hot tub was amazing after hiking on the beautiful trails which were just a 5 minute walk from the house. This place was perfect.

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful time at this place. Sendona is so beautiful. This house is within 15 minutes of everything. The owners were really great at making sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Sweetness Near Everything

Everything was perfect! Couldn’t have been a better place for a couple. Had all the conveniences of home in an amazing location. Short walk from hiking trails and a great hottub and fireplace. Highly recommend to any couple!

Perfect little getaway!!

This was the perfect little house for my husband and I! The home was impeccably cleaned and stocked for guests. The hot tub outside was already heated, and the bed was very comfortable. Check in was totally easy, and the host gave me great recommendations for things to do around town. We had a great, relaxing time. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to trails and dining. We would love to stay here again!

Absolutely Beautiful Place

This place was absolutely wonderful. The hosts are super nice and very responsive. It was very well organized and equipped. The views were spectacular. Every part was nicely decorated and the furniture was nice and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place and will surely use it again.

Great stay, great location!

We had a lovely 4-night stay at the property. The house was comfortable for the two of us, had everything we needed to do some light cooking and the bed was comfortable, too. And you can’t beat the location. Everything within West Sedona was within a few minutes away and we loved being so close to all the hiking trails, especially Thunder Mountain we could walk to. We would love to be back again sometime!

1st VRBO Experience

I can’t say enough good about this cozy home in Sedona! Clean, quiet and friendly neighborhood, and the entire experience of renting was so easy. All that we were hoping for, and more. The owners are easily accessible if needed and we have no complaints whatsoever with the entire process. We would highly recommend this VRBO, and hopefully we will be able to return, but stay longer next time!

Perfect place for a couple.

This property is has all the basics that you need in a small package, with the extras of the outdoor area to relax after a long day of hiking.The hot tub is a real nice bonus for relaxing and the outdoor area is great for hanging out by the fire pit or gilling some food and having dinner outside or just relaxing with a few drinks.Inside the bed is very comfortable with enough space for storage if you are having a long stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with. They even left a little welcome bag with some goodies in it which was a nice touch.Thunder Mountain trail head is walking distance from this rental. You can easily get to other trails from that point if you are prepared to hike a longer distance. There are also shuttles in town that will take you to other trail heads and it is very convenient. The property owners do a good job with communication and the check in and out is a breeze.This is a perfect place for a short stay to get away or a long vacation.

Perfect location

Loved the location and property. Check-in was easy and the owners were very communicative and were easy going when I had a mixup about the checkout time. We walked to the nearby trailhead hiked for two glorious hours. That night we enjoyed the covered jacuzzi while it rained. The bed could be more comfortable, but that's a preference thing.

Love this place!

We stayed here for our honeymoon 2 1/2 yrs ago and loved it. We decided to come back to the area and stay in the same spot since it was perfect the first time. Bonus for us, a hot tub was added! I will always recommend Sedona Sweetness #1 to anyone going to the area!
