Highly recommend this property. We were 8 adults 3 children and the bedroom configuration worked perfectly. The pool, fire pit, putting green, hot tub and gaming area were great for kids and adults alike. Kitchen is very well equipped and two dining areas were appreciated. Main living area big enough for everyone to gather. The outdoor areas have spectacular views. The owner was incredibly responsive with any questions. We travel frequently as a family and this was probably our favorite rental house ever. Clearly very well maintained.

Awesome Sedona experience

My family and I stayed here before and after our Grand Canyon private tour. The views from the house are amazing and hanging out in the hot tub on the roof deck and watching the stars was super cool.

Beautiful Home / Great Location

Very modern home that is comfortable and centrally located to the downtown area. There are some great areas on the property: hammocks, putting green, fire pit, balcony, and my favorite: the hot tub on the roof beneath the stars. Communication was easy with the owner too. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

I stayed at Michael’s property for my bachelorette weekend and it was incredible. The location was unbeatable - incredible 360 views and felt secluded with privacy from neighbors. Great location for a business retreat

Plenty of space to have a business retreat. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Very large dinning and kitchen area. TVs we were able to cast to from our mobile devices so each of us could present. House is huge with plenty of spaces to find alone time as well as community time. Hot tub on the roof was key.

Vacation Dream

The property was absolutely breathtaking and clean. My husband and I stayed for 5 days and truly enjoyed our time there. The check in process was easy and our host Matt provided everything we needed. He was very responsive though we didn't need to reach out much since he gaves us thorough instructions as well as a binder for reference. MAGNIFICENT STAY!

This is an absolutely exceptional property! We spent the weekend here with friends (just a little getaway) and from the time we walked in to the time we checked out, we loved our stay. Very clean, gorgeous views, and every guest (total of 8 adults) had their own bathroom and bedroom with a view. This may be our go-to property for spending a nice weekend in Sedona, it's close to everything and there was plenty of space for all. Extra treat on the observation deck with a ready and waiting hot tub! We'll definitely book here again! Mike is an awesome host, thank you for letting us spend time in your lovely home - it felt like a resort!

I can’t say enough amazing things about our stay at Mike’s beautiful property. Even with such proximity to town, you felt like you were in a world of your own. Sedona Family Trip

Our family met up in Sedona after a few of us hiked Havasupai at this amazing VRBO rental for 4 nights. This house was absolutely perfect as far as plenty of room, amenities, distance to groceries stores, restaurants, etc. The house was private but had multiple outdoor spaces of which we utilized all of them. It was clean and extremely well stocked with newer appliances and updated cookware, utensils, dishes, etc. There was plenty of towels for everyone and the beds were all super comfortable and clean. The first couple days of our stay were extremely hot with close to triple digit temps and the house always cooled down quickly and efficiently. Return responses with the owner via VRBO app was super quick. It was our family’s favorite house rental to date and we will be back again!

Beautiful new home, perfect for large gatherings

We had a great stay at this property - it's a new, spotlessly clean, and well designed home with a great configuration for family reunions or other group gatherings. Primary BR and the "great room" (kitchen/living/dining) were spacious and well appointed, and all of the other bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable as well. The rooftop hot tub was awesome with jaw dropping 360-degree views of Sedona's iconic red rocks, while the "Swim Spa" was a unique and enjoyable amenity as well. Only points of feedback are that in the kitchen, a couple of the appliances were not up to par - perhaps reflecting that this home was purpose-built as a vacation rental - e.g., the icemaker on the fridge was very weak, and the dishwasher was not effective without heavy prewashing. Beyond that, highly recommend this home for a comfortable, well located group gathering with excellent amenities and views!

Sedona Wedding Trip

My fiancé and I booked this beautiful home for our families to stay in together for our wedding week. The group included his parents, his daughter and her boyfriend and my son, his wife and their 3 year old daughter. This house was perfect in every way! The space was just right for our group. We enjoyed all the outdoor amenities-endless pool, hammocks, putting green and fire pit. Inside there is everything you could possibly need for the kitchen including several different coffee makers and special dishes, cups and utensils for the kids. The house and grounds are amazing! The indoor decor is lovely and welcoming. The views of the Red Rocks from the windows and balconies are stellar. In fact, when we had hair and makeup done for the wedding we were set up in the master bedroom looking out at the Red Rock views the whole time! We cannot say enough about how wonderful this home is. If you get a chance to stay here, you will have the very best, most relaxing time!

Our family group of 14 rented this beautiful home for my 50th birthday weekend. We had a wonderful time, the home completely exceeded our expectations and Mike was an exceptional host and extremely helpful and responsive. Can't wait to stay again!
