Our Family Vacation

A stunningly beautiful home with wonderful views. We stayed for our annual offsite retreat and everyone loved it. Spacious and well appointed, it had everything we needed to host a private dinner. Close to town and in a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend and stay again.

Private Sanctuary close to everything!

We were a group of 10 and the home allows for plenty of gathering space as well as space for solitude to sit and soak in the magical view of the mountains. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The beds are extremely comfortable, and all linens, the towels were high quality. We would absolutely rent this property again.

Fantastic place to stay in Sedona

We stayed for a couple of days during Thanksgiving with a group of friends. The place is even better than on the pictures! The views are breathtaking, the kitchen is perfect to cook dinners for 6-8 people. We had a blast!

Girls Trip to Sedona

The house (and the views) were amazing. We were able to watch hot air balloons launch each morning while we drank coffee. The house was well stocked and easy to manage. We had a great girls weekend in Sedona.

Amazing property with amazing views

This place is an amazing property with an open concept. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the spectacular views. The patio view is especially beautiful. Sitting out there on a brisk morning was very calming and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here.

Engagement family gathering

Perfect first Sedona retreat!

Fantastic property! The views were stunning from every single room; you get a fantastic sense of Sedona and feel like you’re part of the landscape. The stars were spectacular. Property was clean, organized, and perfect for our stay. It was very close to all Sedona has to offer - the town and restaurants and all the sites for exploring, hiking, etc. will be back here again soon! Thank you for sharing the property with us!

Perfect in every way!

We had a fabulous girls getaway at this beautiful, extremely comfortable dream home with gorgeous views surrounding! The location could not have been better, so close to hikes, shopping, and fabulous restaurants! None of us have ever been to Sedona and had a wonderful time! I would highly recommend Sedona and this lovely home for anyone’s vacation and hope to someday return!

Relaxing with views

Great Labor Day weekend at this beautiful house. The views are amazing from the large back porch. The house has everything you need. The road to the house is not paved so be prepared for that. We did find a large scorpion in the room our kids slept in. Not a huge deal and somewhat expected in this rural setting.

The facility was enjoyable but the interface with VRBO —was mechanical and off putting with no personal skill set — I’ve used VRBO before but never faced such an automated unfriendly customer interface—makes me not want to rent again — there was no PERSONAL contact during the week to find out if everything was ok — just a dictatorial list of what we were commanded to do to avoid further charges— this is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR in the retail world

Beautiful vistas, brand new property. WiFi struggles for streaming.

Loved this location. Excellent ac. Everything felt new. The electric recliners in the living room were really cool. Neighborhood was so quiet. The views were amazing. It was so easy to jump to down town, go hiking or even head out for some near by four wheeling (Diamondback Gulch was a blast for my kids) A couple of tweaks would make this property a no brainier. The WiFi and the internet struggled with streaming in the living room and master bedroom locations. Everywhere else was fine, but in the evenings streaming a movie was a bit of a struggle with Disney plus. Might just be a router update was in order or the tvs needed a streaming box to replace their built in hardware or maybe they didn’t like the 5ghz network and needed a 2.4ghz option. The internet itself has a decent speed of 100+mbs. I would also hope that some of the Amazon basics furniture (patio, bed frames) would get upgraded over time, but I get it from a business stand point and ease of replacement. The management team was very responsive.

Beautiful Home and Breathtaking Views

We had an unforgettable stay at Sedona Top Notch! The house is beautiful and the views are unbelievable. If you’re worried about the location being too far away from things it’s actually in a great location to hikes and not far from the up town area. I would definitely stay here again and hope to in the future!

Amazing Property with Amazing Views!

We had an absolute blast! We’ve rented a few other properties in Sedona in the past, and this was by far the best experience! The house was perfect for us (3 kids, 2 adults, 2 grandparents, 1 aunt). Everyone had enough space to spread out, and the common areas were perfect size for all. The balcony was especially stunning/the most utilized!

Fantastic views

Great spot for a long weekend in beautiful Sedona. The house is the perfect set up for families. Great layout with the combined living room/kitchen. It was a bit chilly to use the outdoor space but with warmer weather, the huge porch almost doubles the amount of living space.
