Nestled in the center of Sedona, this stunning home provides an ideal sanctuary for families or friends. Boasting a rustic Mid Century design, this home exudes sophistication, style, and comfort, with all furnishings being brand new as of 2025. The generously-sized windows allow for plenty of natural light to fill the living space, creating a cozy ambiance that seamlessly blends with our well-appointed kitchen and patio.

Home shares open back yard with another unit behind but space is respected. (backyard is off limits for your safety)

We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests!

•Make sure Propane gas tank is closed, knob is turned to OFF and replace lid when top is cool.
•Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, hair dryers, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater.
•No use of Indoor Fireplace
•No Smoking of ANY KIND inside/patio/outside of property/driveway/ ($1,000 Penalty)
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
•Check-in time is 4:00pm - 10:00pm
•No Extra/ Overnight Guests. Please message us beforehand for confirmation.
•No Mail Delivered here
•No moving or rearranging of the furniture
•No unplugging of the electronics
•No Pre-Check in Bag Storage
•No Pets
•No disturbing neighbors
•No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces we show you
•No loud noise or music past 10:00 pm

Property Disclosures:

Security : We have two installed cameras overlooking the front entrance and driveway(not active) which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.

Trash: We do ask all guests to keep bins fully closed and stored in garage to avoid wildlife from getting into the trash. Service is on Monday mornings and bins must be left on the curb Sunday night for collection.

Wildlife: Please note that we do not offer refunds for sightings of bugs or animals. Sedona is a high-desert environment where wildlife such as spiders, scorpions, Javelinas, and other animals are part of the natural surroundings. The property undergoes regular inspections and treatments to prevent indoor pest issues, but it is not possible to fully eliminate outdoor wildlife presence.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.
