Located within the main building, our studio suite boasts the same appealing features as the standard suite. The room is equipped with one king-size bed and a sitting area.

Not as Advertised

Room was super small, claustrophobic and desperately needing updating. The air conditioner was spotty at best as the temperature outside was over 100 and the rooms were about 80. The ice machine was broken, so a bag of ice with a spatula was in their kitchen fridge and super unsanitary. Terrible stay and would not recommend!!!!

Not what I thought

I didn't realize that it was ran like a motel with multiple rooms. I thought the stay was a one-bedroom home. Very disappointing that we had to hear others across the hall. I felt like I was back in a dorm. They tamed down quickly but not what I thought I was purchasing. Would appreciate a rebate.

Property feels unsafe as it is opened for anyone to walk in through the back gate. Main lobby door is always open, and seems extremely unsafe for that reason. Our room had a 12ish inch tv. Internet was extremely slow. Property management don’t try to work with you at all regarding schedules etc. you are able to hear everything in other rooms as well.

Adorable relaxing place

loved how quaint and intimate of a setting this villa was close enough to Sedona great patio with hot tub and fire pit. Easy check in parking spot available. only complaint unit was out of body wash, coffee maker didn't work

Not what we expected

Paid but did not stay. This is more like a B&B w/o the breakfast. Pictures are misleading because the pics are from common areas. Our back bedroom did not have its own thermostat so it was very hot. Ceiling fan barely turned. 19 inch tv. Manager did not respond to calls. We left but they didn’t care since they had our money.

Oak Creek Location is awesome

Our stay was wonderful. I’ll start with the “not so good” because there are few! 1. The bathroom is very dark. Low wattage energy saving bulbs make it difficult to see while putting on makeup. Shaving in the shower is done safely only after years of practice. We say, let there be light! 2. There is a placard in the room asking guests to reuse towels. No problem with that. The placard also says someone will make up the bed DAILY. We had to ask for our bed to be made and trash removed. Housekeeping came that day only! 3. The television in the room is comically small. 4. The kitchen in the common area must be “scheduled.” Very inconvenient! 5. Mini fridge freezer was completely blocked with frost. Seems like it doesn’t get checked or maintained. 6. No hangars in closet. 7. Plug ins are very loose…plugs basically fall right out of the wall sockets. 8. Table on only one side of the bed. Ok..now for the excellent! 1) location…Oak Creek has many fabulous restaurants and sone shops. The neighborhood is quiet. 2) The common area has a book of “hikes” in the area…it was excellent and very useful for our first visit to the area. 3) The bed is really nice! It has great bedding and offers your choice of a firm or soft pillow. 4) the outdoor space is wonderful! There are a couple gas BBQs you don’t have to reserve. The fire pit is lovely. The hot tub seems very small for the space. We did not use it but towels were available outside. The loungers were comfy. 5) indoor common space is great for lounging! The sofas are fairly comfortable. The decor is a neutral palette and tasteful. 6) Parking is included! 7) Super close to a nice grocery! 8) Lots of seating at the indoor dining tables…a great place to gather for games. 9) Lots of DVDs and books available for use during stay. 10) Excellent Wi-Fi! It’s a great place to stay. Very comfortable. We would choose again!
