Our newly added air-conditioned yoga room includes a top of the line Cold Plunge, Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna, JOOVV Red Light Therapy 3.0 Quad, Bullfrog Hot tub and plenty of yoga mats bringing all the coveted spa features directly to you without paying or waiting! And outside we have a Meditation Labyrinth for relaxation and practicing mindfulness that lights up with firefly decor at night! Garage door opens when the weathers nice so you can enjoy it more.
Located in the beautiful Red Rock town of Sedona in a sleepy more relaxing area away from all the hustle and bustle, this home features fast access to restaurants (less than a mile) and grocery stores, central air conditioning, tankless water heater. There is one master bedroom, and another large bedroom with king bed, and a third bedroom with a queen bunk bed.

The space has a southwest atmosphere, most of the furnishings are actually custom built!

The Sauna - Clearlight Sanctuary Retreat- this is a full spectrum infrared sauna offering near, mid and far infrared heat. This is no ordinary sauna and is far superior to a dry sauna for health benefits according to many recent health articles and studies.

Near Infrared is the shortest wavelength, and will be absorbed just below the surface of the skin creating a sweat that promotes healing and revitalization.

Mid infrared is a longer wavelength that can penetrate deeper into the body’s soft tissue increasing circulation, releasing oxygen to reach injured areas.

Far infrared is the longest wavelength which penetrates the fat cells causing vasodilation, where the fat cells vibrate to expel toxins, resulting in the greatest levels of detoxification and stimulate your metabolism to aid in weight-loss

After trying many infrared saunas over the last 5 years this is my absolute favorite. And I was paying between $40-$60 every time I wanted to use it at my local health club that offered it. I wanted to have it at my house so our guests could enjoy its benefits.

The Cold Plunge- After researching all of the top cold plunges on the market it was clear that this was the best around. As seen on Shark Tank! And used by many of todays top athletes and celebrities including Lebron James, Andrew Huberman and T.J Dillashaw. Need to cool down and decrease inflammation after a long hike or golf game or just utilize all the amazing health benefits this technology has to offer it’s truly an amazing machine! And it will go up or down 7 degrees an hour ranging from 39- 60 degrees, so if your a beginner or advanced, or have people in your group that like it at different temperatures, this is a great fit.

The JOOVV Red Light Therapy 3.0 Quad- After recently trying red light therapy and having incredible results (for me this was increased energy levels and sense of well being) I wanted to bring this to the house as another amazing tool for health and recovery. The Jacuzzi is a new Bullfrog XL 7 that can seat 8 people and has 2 pumps and a lounger that you can stretch out on while the jets give you a massage.

We have added updated appliances including a gas stove, new fridge with french doors, and 4 smart TVs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom), so you will have all the comforts of home with the Sedona feel.

There are 2 bathrooms one in the master and one in the hallway next to the third bedroom.

Also we have added a 48 amp Electric Vehicle charger that can charge at speeds up to 46 Miles per hour.

** Because of the relaxing and tranquil nature of the neighborhood we cannot allow any events/parties**

You have access to the whole house and back yard. We have a keypad to the front door.Access is super easy!

Dan and Cory are both hosts of this house and both are always just a phone call away. We aim to give our guests the best stay possible!

The neighborhood is very relaxing and tranquil we strive to keep it that way

This house is amazing for many different reasons but one is that it is so close to restaurants 0.9 miles to be exact, and very close to gas stations and supermarkets, as well as about 2 miles to Bell Rock, one of the premiere hiking areas in Sedona
