On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is furnished with a dining table and provides direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the surrounding scenery. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living space. Also on this level, 1 room is configured with 2 beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities.

On the upper floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, both featuring characteristic sloping ceilings that add to the property's cosy alpine atmosphere. The first is a double bedroom with direct access to the balcony, while the second room is fitted with 1 bed and 2 double beds, making it ideal for families or groups.
