“Centrally located, does the job for a day’s stay”

“Walk distance from main bus station and from old town and a supermarket nearby. Room is clean, well decorated. A small fridge and kettle is provided in the room. Marko's response is quick to request.”

“This hotel was perfect. Very well located, clean, spacious, and quiet. Our only desire was for some thicker bed linens (they were essentially just a sheet) and we did have to buy shower products since the only one was a combo body/hair wash. But that was very minor in comparison to the overall experience and we would definitely stay here again. ”

“Hotel was very clean, easy to find and the staff were wonderful, polite and very helpful. Located not that far from the town would definitely stay again. Very good for families. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of selections and could also get stuff cooked by the chef who was very friendly as well. ”

“Location is perfect . New and clean ”

“Staying there was nice! It's pretty close to the beach and they even helped me retrieve my laptop which I accidentally left on a taxi. The WiFi signal they have there is pretty weak though, I would still recommend visitors to stay there if that's not an issue:D”

“Couldn’t get a better location in the city centre, lovely place. Our host Toma was really helpful with an easy check in and giving us some great recommendations. Overall brilliant place to stay in Split.”

“Ana was fantastic!! Housekeeping was excellent!! It was a pleasure to stay there and would return! The only thing is if you bring a heavy bag, I recommend using their storage at the ground level because you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. There is no lift. Ana does tote the bags. She is very sweet!!!”

“Very nice and modern rooms, high quality. On the smaller side. Only negatives are the lack of breakfast and three flights of stairs. Very nice. ”

“Loved that this was so close to the main road so we didn’t have to carry our luggage far at all. It was a 5 minute walk to the main promenade of Split and close to pretty much everything. If you leave windows open it can get a little noisy but we found that out the hard way. Nice soaps, lotions and hairdryer which was a plus!”

“The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed the terrace and the privacy. The location was near all points of interests, the sea, restaurants and transportation.We felt safe at all hours. The concierge was available via Whatsapp very promptly and kindly helped us at odd hours when we lost our room card. The rooms are in an old building with stairs. If you have mobility issues or prefer a hotel per se, you might want to take this into consideration. We enjoyed our stay.”

“優點: 1. 非常新大乾淨質感不錯的公寓 2. 浴缸很大, 木質地板感覺乾淨 3. 有陽台, 雖然沒甚麼view 4. 有廚房, 附上整套碗盤刀叉, 雖然用不到但覺得質感很好 5. 價錢合理缺點: 1. 離split老城區不近,走路25~30分鐘(上下坡), 坐公車會比較快(10分鐘內), 但公車班次不是很穩定..一小時1~2班 2.早餐很普通, 只有麵包, 牛奶, 優格...沒有熱食 3. 樓層偏低, 只有2F, 基本上都要拉上窗簾....”
