Wonderful place! The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was incredible! Location is down the hill from most shops but very walkable and we didn’t see any others closer. The difficulty is the drive getting to Seiffen. For us it was one hour of country roads one way and about an hour leaving heading to Erfurt. Well worth the visit. This hotel was wonderful and great value!

Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht zentral im Ort, das Zentrum erreicht man fußläufig innerhalb von fünf Minuten und kann nebenbei in den Schaufenstern die schönsten Weihnachts- und Osterdekorationen bestaunen. Die Gaststube ist liebevoll mit vielen Erzeugnissen des Seiffener Kunsthandwerks dekoriert und man fühlt sich da einfach Wohl. Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Küche des Hauses, die innerhalb kurzer Zeit die leckersten Speisen auf den Tisch zauberte. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Und wem die Treppe zu den Zimmern beschwerlich ist, kann mit dem Fahrstuhl hoch fahren.

Der Seiffener Hof ist ein schönes am Ortsrand liegendes Hotel mit nettem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Als Verfechter des ÖPNV kann ich sagen, dass der Seiffener Hof von zwei umliegenden Bushaltestellen erreichbar ist. Touren durch Seiffen und Wanderungen in die Umgebung können vom Hotel bequem gestartet werden. Man kann hier übrigens auch zur Ruhe kommen.
