Set in the tranquil village of Seigneulles, this 3-bedroom holiday home offers a peaceful escape for families and small groups. Surrounded by a lush fenced garden, the property features garden furniture, a sunny terrace, and a barbecue area—perfect for relaxing outdoors or enjoying evening meals under the stars. Located within an hour’s drive of Verdun, Metz, and Nancy, the home is well-positioned for cultural day trips. Restaurants (8 km) and supermarkets (15 km) are easily accessible, while the Nancy/Metz Airport is 90 km away. Children will love the open play space, and adults can unwind in the fresh countryside air. The home is equipped with electric heating for year-round comfort. It is attached to the friendly owner’s residence, offering a warm welcome while maintaining privacy. Whether you're seeking quiet moments in nature or planning excursions through Lorraine, this serene retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort, charm, and convenience. A utilities & service fee of EUR 100,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.

Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich.

Das Haus ist sauber. Wir hatten öfter Besuch von zwei lieben Katzen die meine Kinder geliebt haben. Es ist weit abgelegen. Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier zu 100% richtig. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
