Ref 518 : Seignosse le Penon, LE GRAND LARGE residence, 32m² apartment, with one bedroom in a 1980s building on the ground floor with a 10.5m² north-facing terrace overlooking the parking lot. Ideal for a couple.
- Living room: a double sofa bed, a TV, a north-facing sliding window and north-facing entrance door, kitchen area equipped with 2 hotplates, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave.
- Bedroom: one 140 cm bed, large closet, wardrobe storage, north-facing window
- Bathroom: bathtub, sink, bidet. Separate toilet.
Pets not allowed. Linens not provided.
Not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
During the off-season from September to June, a heating and electricity surcharge will be added to your bill upon departure.
