    100m from shops and 200m from Penon beach. Ideal for a couple and a child.
    Entrance hall leading to:
    - Bathroom with hydromassage shower, sink, storage space, toilet.
    - Living room with dining area, wall-mounted TV, alcove with sofa bed for one person and a bunk bed for children aged 6 to 15, French window with electric shutter opening onto the east-facing loggia.
    - Kitchenette closed by a sliding door: a ceramic hob, microwave, 110L refrigerator, storage space, and a high window facing north.
    Bedroom: one 140 cm bed, one wardrobe, east-facing window with electric shutter opening onto the loggia (east-facing).
    Pets not allowed.
    Linens not provided.

Plage et soleil

Nous avons passé un séjour fort agréable dans la résidence. Calme et bien situé. Nous recommandons aux futurs locataires cet emplacement. La plage est superbe, il est possible de s'y rendre rapidement et quelques activités sont praticables sur le chemin. Pour un croque ou une bière c'est l'embarras du choix. Un mot sur la location, nous avons tout le besoin pour un séjour de vacances. Merci.

Petit appart sympa pour séjour à Seignosse

Bien dans l’ ensemble mais plusieurs problèmes rencontrés Balnéothérapie : la douche supérieure (pluie) n’ est pas utilisable. Wc : fuite au réservoir + condensation Cuisine : porte freezer frigo cassée. + fuite d’ eau du cumulus (réparée par l’ agence)
