This delightful 100² three-storey property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city.

It is designed with a modern and elegant style with large windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests. On the ground floor, the living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a service bathroom available.

Upstairs, on the 1st floor, there are two beautiful bedrooms, with a comfortable double bed and many storage spaces each. A complete bathroom in the hallway with all the essentials to freshen up.

On the third floor, another charming bedroom includes a double bed and good space for organising. There is also another bathroom in this hall.

The house also opens onto a lovely terrace, providing the perfect spot to savour the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This riverside town offers a refreshing escape from Lisbon’s bustle, with a charming historical centre right by the Tagus estuary. Quaint plazas are framed by traditional architecture—such as the Baroque church and city hall—creating a welcoming atmosphere for café-goers and leisurely walks. The scenic waterfront promenade invites relaxed strolls or bike rides, with beautiful views across the bay toward Lisbon.

The area blends cultural richness with outdoor experiences. Visitors can explore the local ecomuseum, historic shipyards linked to Portugal’s maritime past, and even take part in river activities like sailing or boat trips. Its easy ferry connection to Lisbon also makes it a peaceful yet convenient base for exploring the region.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Seixal (Largo Restauradores), is just a 2-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 33-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
