Perfect beach week

We love Bayside Resort. This house was perfect for our family’s needs. They included nice amenities like dog bowls and kids books. Love Bayside’s pool and the kayaks on Assawoman Bay.

Bayside

We have been staying in Bayside for the past 10 summers. The townhouse was lovely. Comfortable, fully equipped and nicely furnished. We highly recommend installing a keyless entry. We would honestly would have chosen another house if we had known we would need to travel 30-40 minutes extra each way to pick up keys. Check in/out days have heavy traffic making this decidedly inconvenient. When next booking in Bayside I will be certain to chose a house with keyless entry. We noticed that the kitchen faucet drips unless turned to precisely the correct position (no problem for adults but children are likely to leave it dripping as was the case us. Also, the black hose in the garage needs to be replaced, it has a large hole in it and leaks profusely. In all we enjoyed our stay at this town house.

Perfect location. Perfect house for our vacation that included our dog. House has everything you need. The only thing that needs to be replaced is the Keurig coffee maker.

Great place to stay!

This home and community make for an incredible stay and experience. Our family enjoys mornings on the beach, so we utilized Fenwick Island State park access in the morning(anround 8am) and retreated to the pool around lunch time(pools are open 10-7). We had dinner at Signature and 38 Degrees, and both were very good meals. Being able to bring our dog was the entire idea behind the trip and the community is very accommodating for this. I would highly recommend this home and this community.

Very nice house

The house was wonderful. All communication prior to check in stated the house has a key code to enter. I even called prior to arrival. Once at the house none of the doors had keyless entry

Very nice home overall, location was a plus, but also minus.

The spot was convenient, but Signature is more heavily traveled as a main corridor in Bay side so traffic ( like before and after concerts) was extra and sound from concert carried to and thru the home. Dog friendly was best part, it is clearly a dog lovers ( and coffee lovers ) home. Kids wished there was more smart TV connection capacity than just in Master suite. Use of the garage was very convenient, and a difference maker when it rained mid week !!
