“We arrived to a poorly maintained property, overgrown weeds, buildings with facias falling off, etc. Our room was not cleaned until an hour after check-in time and I use the word clean loosely. The carpet and bed spread were filthy, the walls had cracks in them and the water pressure was horrible in the morning. “The price was cheap and the motel had a great location as it is close to I-40 and Grand Canyon, the host was nice and friendly. However, most stuff inside the room was not working well, such as the faucet and the heater which was rather noisy, also the bathroom door cannot even be closed.”
