“One of my favorite Hotels”

“Monica was very friendly and always responded promptly to our emails. The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants, supermarkets, and bus stops all within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wonderful variety of options. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!”

“We loved our stay here. The staff was very attentive, the spa was incredible and was used daily by the entire family. The breakfast buffet was the best breakfast we’ve had all throughout Europe. And the location is next level. The pictures do make it look like it’s remote in a sense that there are no other hotels around but you’re actually in quite a bustling area with a busy stop immediately in front of the hotel. Once we got used to that and accepted that the pictures of the outside vs reality……

“Hotel espetacular! Quarto lindo e novíssimo, com vista! Café da manhã dos sonhos, preparado com muito cuidado! Piscina, sauna úmida e seca impecáveis! Vale cada centavo!”

“Location is good, there is literally a bus station in walking 2 minutes. Parking and check in/out is also easy and convenient. The room is clean with towel provided. Breakfast has a quite a lot of variety (western) However, few points that we think that makes the hotel overpriced: - only soap shampoo and body shower provided, i honestly don’t know how to use a soap to wash my hair so will recommend you to bring your own - curtain is not sun blocked and while the bed is facing the window - TV……

“We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is spectacular. The rooms are roomy, very nice. The pools and spa services are top notch. The location is great, Ortesei is a great town and base for hiking in the Dolomite’s. If you have a chance to stay at this hotel, do it!”

“We enjoyed the lovely breakfast with eggs and the dinner with a lot of fresh vegetables. Hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful to check out local bus and schedule for us. Thank you very much!! There was only one umbrella for us to borrow. Wish you had more like other hotels.”

“Solid 4 stars hotel. Modern, clean and good quality breakfast. The Suite room single sofa bed is comfortable enough for an additional adult ”

“Tutto ottimo. Spa bellissima. Piscina top. Ristorante eccellente (unica pecca la scarsa disponibilita’ nel menu per bimbi piccoli). Avevamo una suite stupenda e comodissima nell’ala nuova. A voler essere pignoli me l’aspettavo piu’ insonorizzata. Comunque 9,5/10”

“Excellent experience for all family members. Great breakfats are included (half board means free for guests). Dinner at hotel are sumptuous and elegant with wonderful services. Bar and wine selection are superb. Our room has a enormous balcony facing the immense meadow and far away mountain range. Watching the beautiful surrounding with a glass of wine is smoething to die for. Outdoor, heated poor and jaccuzzi offer great enjoyment. The hotel gives each guest free bus pass. Do take it. The……

“Absolutely beautiful. Warm pools and great spa experiences. Very easy to get to town and up to the gondola. Dinner was excellent and always impressed with the breakfast! Lunch-the chicken sandwich was a delicious standout. Can’t wait to come back!!”

“Good location, good service and with nice view at the rooftop restaurant. Big shopping mall with a big supermarket nearby the hotel.”
