A wonderful villa in a stunning area

Fantastic pool and facilities including bbq area. Hire car very much vital as this villa is fairly remote but that just adds to its appeal. Highly recommended

Great place to stay. Very spacious and everything you need as well as spotless.

We hired a car for the week and would say it’s necessary given the location. Pool was lovely and clean. Great communication and instructions from the host. The downsides.. noise travels in this finca which is probably due to the construction however it was a little bit of an issue for us where we had people staying both up and downstairs. No fault of the home owner but mosquitos are rife. Especially out on the terrace area. Make sure to keep all windows and doors shut. We made the mistake and suffered many, many bites as the mosquitos got into the finca. Ps we loved the chickens that greeted us every day 😊

Mallorca holiday

The villa was in a good location about a 30mins drive from the nearest beach. The pool are was smaller that we thought but it was ok for the family . The kitchen was basic and a bit dark but had most of the essentials although the dishwasher did break and it did I take a couple of days to get it replaced . The real downside wa there was a Vila being built opposite so house and there was a constant building noise from 7 am until 5pm at night. It’s also in a agriculture area so there are. Hens and goats which also adds to the noise. The. View was amazing so t was a real shame that there was so much building works noise .

Die Villa und unser Aufenthalt allgemein waren sehr schön

Die Einrichtung ist „klassisch“, die Küche aber sehr modern. Terrasse, Balkon und ein schöner Poolbereich laden zu einem entspannten Tag zum schwimmen, sonnen und entspannen ein zusammen mit einem schönen Bergpanorama. Die Villa ist sehr zentral im nördlichen Mallorca gelegen also ist ein Auto hilfreich, um überall hinzukommen. Dafür ist man unter sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Schöne Strände oder Touren durch Tropfsteinhöhlen sind in maximal 45 bis 60 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Einzige Kritikpunkte unsererseits: Die Betten waren den meisten von uns zu hart und es gibt keine Mülltonnen in der Villa. Der Hausmüll muss selbst entsorgt werden in der nächsten Stadt. Fazit: Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr entspannt und die Kommunikation und Abwicklung mit Ideal Property Mallorca war top. 4.5/5 ⭐️

Cette maison est un havre de paix.

La vue est à couper le souffle, c'est très calme, pas de vis-à-vis. La maison était propre, conforme à la description. Petit bémol : quelques équipements un peu vieillissant (cafetière nespresso par exemple) mais rien de bien embêtant. Notre interlocuteur avant et pendant notre séjour a toujours été très réactif à nos demandes, c'est extrêmement rassurant. Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique, nous recommandons pleinement cette villa

Wunderschönes Haus in gutem Zustand mit tollem Ausblick

Wunderschönes Haus in gutem Zustand mit tollem Ausblick und diversen schönen Möglichkeiten zum Verweilen auf dem Gelände (unten am Pool, die Terrasse neben der Küche oder die Bänke neben dem Grill). Anreise mit dem Auto etwa 30-35 Minuten vom Flughafen aus und entsprechend ähnliche Fahrtzeiten nach Alcudia und Palma. Vom Haus aus sind Supermärkte innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wie die Erreichbarkeit ohne Auto ist, weiß ich nicht, ich würde aber die Anreise mit dem Auto empfehlen. Stromkosten werden extra berechnet. Bei uns lagen sie insgesamt bei 25€ für 5 Nächte (Klimaanlage war selten eingeschaltet). Der Check-In verlief reibungslos und einfach mit Schlüsselbox und Code. Die in anderen Kommentaren erwähnten Überwachungskameras waren vor unserer Anreise bereits mit Tüchern abgedeckt und deshalb unproblematisch (wahrscheinlich nur zur Überwachung des Hauses, wenn gerade niemand anwesend ist). Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit toller Lage

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern in der Finca. Zu beachten ist, dass sich ein Schlafzimmer im EG befindet, die anderen 3 Schlafzimmer sind im OG. Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage waren großzügig und sauber. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos über die Vermietungsagentur (auf Deutsch). Unter anderem war die Schlüsselbatterie für das Eingangstor leer, der Hausbesitzer kam umgehend und hat diese ausgetauscht. Tolle Lage für Unternehmungen auf der Insel, viele Ausflugsziele sind innerhalb von 30-60 Minuten zu erreichen.

Schöne abgelegene Ortschaft - sehr gepflegtes Haus - mit allen Utensilien die man braucht. Neue Matratzen, sehr sauberes Anwesen, Küchenutensilien alle erneuert. Küchengrundsachen wie Salz, Öl, Küchenrolle, Alufolie wären wünschenswert Ansonsten alles vorhanden was man braucht

Traumhafte Finca mit atemberaubenden Panoramablick

Tolles Haus mit noch schöneren Ausblick. Wir Buchten die Finca als Familie und hatten eine super schöne Zeit. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet und auch ein kleines Problem mit der Toilettenspülung wurde sofort behoben. Wir können diese Finca nur wärmstens empfehlen!!

Belle location mais manque d accueil personnalise

Manque d ustensiles pour cuisiner, ainsi que de la vaisselle. Aucun contact humain pour savoir si tout va bien, nous expliquer comment fonctionne la location, pour nettoyer la piscine, nous indiquer où mettre les ordures menageres La piscine est grande, la maison est confortable et la clim agreable. La vue est superbe.
