Let’s start with the positives. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good. The condition of the property is very run down, it wasn’t clean or maintained consistently around the pool area. The photos are pre Covid which the manager admitted to when I complained about the property not being presented as it is in Expedia. The pool looks great in photos but there want even sun lounge cushions to lay on. Floorboards around the pool were rotting and in fact one guest put her foot through a board. Access to the pool was a huge step up and the tiles around the pool were slippery and loose. The toilets kept blocking up in many of the rooms.

とにかく最悪でした。絶対に宿泊しないほうがいいです。部屋の水は出ないですし、汚いです。メンテナンスはデイていないですし、代わりに用意された部屋は建設中の工事現場の廃墟でした。スタッフの対応も最悪です。３０００円ドブに捨てるようなものですし、ここに泊まるくらいなら野宿したほうがマシです。

Room was not clean, bathroom smell like pee, found a huge cockroach, asked to move rooms they couldn't move us, hotel is not what you see on pictures.

Once all the amenities are open and Bali is booming again this will be a great little hotel if you like clean, friendly on a budget accomodation. Unfortunately there's not enough tourist dollars just yet to have this great little place running at full capacity. Hopefully things change sooner rather than later. Do recommend 👌

Positives & Negatives
Let’s talk about the positives first - good location to beach - nice pool very clean - clean room & cleaned everyday - friendly staff - on a great street for food & drink However - our air conditioner was very poor & the hotel do not allow you to keep it on during the day (by giving us only one key card) so the room gets hotter as the day goes on - we asked for a fan however it was taken away from our room without us knowing after one night - nice rooftop bar but 21% service & tax added to an already pricey drink - busy road, it sounded like the doors to balcony were open, you will get woken up!

Great Wi-Fi. For the budget, a very good hotel. A bit noisy with traffic outside my room but I drowned it out with the internet. Great staff, very helpful. Would recommend for the price. Good air conditioning. Terrible buffet breakfast.

Ok for a short stay ...
Went with my daughter, stayed in a pool access room. Room is pretty small, beds comfy. Breakfast is very simple, choice of eggs, toast, fruit, croissant, cereal & 2 types indonesian food. Location is ok, about 10 min walk to beach. Staff are really nice, first day air con was leaking & got that fixed quickly, 2nd day toilet wasn't flushing but had to wait until next day to fix. Overall it was ok, maybe for a short stay.

Everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable, close to the beach, nice swimming pool, buffet breakfast very good and extremely friendly staff. The room was beautiful and the price very cheap! So great choice! I have also asked them to leave my luggage there one week later my stay and they said yes, for free. It was not necessary at the end, but I have appreciated their answer.

1st time i stayed was in June & i ABSOUTLEY loved it so had to book my stay with them again :) Such a cute hotel, literally around the corner from the beach, restaurants shops & bars! The staff are so welcoming & friendly, they speak english which is a bonus, Arya has been incredible! I cannot thank them enough for the service they provided.

Ze hebben niet eens een EHBO kist voor hun klanten dus als je een bloedvlekken achterlaat moet je er voor betalen. Mijn deken zaten een paar bloed vlekken omdat zij geen EHBO kistje hebben om het bloeden te laten stoppen. Een kamer zonder daglicht hang dan op zn minst klok aan de muur zodat men weet Hoelaat het is. De lift spoort voor geen meter. De kamer stonk en de lift rook goed hoe krijg je dat boor elkaar. Hij stonk omdat er geen ramen in zitten.

The staff was really friendly. One of the receptionist even called a GoJek for me on his personal phone when my phone wasn't working. The hotel is also in a great location. It is walking distance to the beach with beach clubs such as La Plancha as well as eateries, grocery stores, and shopping. The hotel, however, was dated. The mirror was spotted and rusted. The shower head was old and dirty. The couches and chairs in the lounge were dingy. There was no freshness to the hotel at all. It is probably booked often for location alone, but I will not be staying there again.

위치 애매하구요. 중심가까지 택시타야는데 막히는길이에요. 호텔 청소 안해서 더러워요.세면.변기 때가가득. 변기물가장자리 누래요.물땜시안보이지만 더러워서 방바꿔달랬더니 풀이래여. 빈방봤는데. 해바라기샤워기 물 약하구요. 어메니티냄새구려요. 금연실 달랬는데 재떨이봤구요.2층줬는데. 1층 수영장서 담배피면 올라와요. 커튼 왕 찢어지고 더러윈데. 안갈음. 베겟잎누렇고 냄새나서 작은베게비고잠. 수건도냄새남. 1만원자가로니하우수도 웰컴티에 물병주는데. 호텔인데도 음료.물없음. 편의점.세탁소ㅡ멈 바닷가까지 멀고 길이 어두워서 못걸어감. 택시탔는데 꽤멈. 다시는안감. 안좋은후기가 맞음

10日間滞在しました。スミニャックビーチも近く、メインのお買い物エリアまでも、共に10分少しで行けるので、便利の良い場所です。 最初は、窓のない部屋だったので、数日は寝るだけなのでやり過ごしましたが、あとで、少し払ってベランダの部屋に変わりました。一人旅には十分な広さと、朝ごはんも充実していました。

Heart of Seminyak close to shops, beach and Pool
The location is excellent for the beach and shopping. We liked it a lot. The hotel is nice and the breakfast buffet good. A great place with a nice pool and staff. They just need to sort out the smell from the drains in the room while we were there as that is the only unpleasant thing.

OK Hotel for what you pay
It was an OK hotel and definitely fine for what you pay. The bathroom had a real smell and might of been related to the cleaning products. Good location and Wifi worked well. Foxtel was also a plus!

Amazing staff!
Great stay where the staff really did their best to make me feel welcome. Best staff for example Edi and Ari who helped with everything. I really recommend you to stay at this hotel if you are planning to stay in Seminyak.

Nice hotel
This was a very nice hotel close to the beach. Location was good as it was quiet but close by to the beach and centre. Staff made us feel welcomed and provided great and honestly opinions of taxi services etc.

For the price you can't beat it. Decent room, comfy bed, nice pool, basic breakfast and good location. Close to cafes, spas, the beach, shops. 3.5/5! Def worth it esp under 25usd?!
