Hotel staff are super helpful easy going. Love the area it’s in and how close it is to shops, walking distance. Hotel is clean and tidy. Pool area is good along with the bar & buffet food for breakfast.Would definitely be booking here again next time I visit.

We had a great stay at FP Sheraton. The room are very spacious and clean. The staff are polite, hospitable and made sure that we had a comfortable and great time. During our stay, our son got sick and the staff made sure he was looked after. Appreciate all the things that Sinta and Ira did for him to make sure he’s taken care of. We will definitely book this hotel again for our next trip to Bali. Thank you again!

We had a lovely 4 nights stay at the Four Points in one of the Vasanti Suites. The room was huge and accommodated our family of 4 really well. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond with their service and friendliness. We liked the location which was on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of central Seminyak, but still within walking distance of everything you could need.

The breakfast was terrible. During our 3 day stay. we found insect on our food. The cups were not properly washed. We ordered a sandwich over the counter which was burnt as well. The staff did apologise but they entered the room to place apology letter while we were out. This was a breach of privacy which was never expected at Sheraton.

The hotel looked brand new and the staff was very friendly. From check-in to check-out everything was perfect. The breakfast was also great with a wide variety of all kinds of food, everything fresh and tasty. The bed was very comfy and we had great sleep. Also the air conditioning was silent and not disturbing at all. We enjoyed our stay a lot and can only recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. Firstly, the staff were amazing. They were friendly, helpful and attentive. The best staff ever! The rooms were clean and quite modern. The buffet breakfast was 5 star. From freshly squeezed juices to bagels. Nothing was too much to ask for. We will return. 🙏

The staff were so friendly and helpful, I could not fault them. The breakfast buffet was really good I recomend it. The bedspread and towels looked a little worn and tired, like they could do with replacing and the shower could do with a good deep clean. My stay did not wow me but did not disapoint either.
