Amazing hotel staffs and such a pleasant stay. The rooms were kept immaculately clean, private pool was a pleasure to view as well as swim, and they gave us a ride to a closeby area. I shouldn't forget to mention that the breakfast they serve (inclusive) was too beautiful (instagrammable) plus tasty and healthy. In the evenings ,they would not forget to come spray our room with insect repellants, light our mosquito coils by our pool, and give a turndown service. Really, nothing to complain but a pure pleasure stay🤗

Incredible!!

Wow what a truly incredible stay. This Villa and the wonderful staff here exceeded every bit of our expectations. The property was immaculate. The staff went above and beyond each day to make us feel welcome and cared for, and were also happy to drive us around to local spots with their complimentary shuttle. We could not recommend this villa enough. We will definitely be coming back to stay again in the future.

Loved our stay at iVilla. Reception area was really nice and the staff were polite and friendly. The room was really big and clean, so was the pool area. The location of the hotel was great. We love to walk so getting around for us was perfect. If I had to nic pick, the water stopped working for a couple of hours but we were going out so it was fixed by the time we came back. They communicate via whatsapp so there is no phone in the room. The only issue with this is that you won't get a response immediately but the villa area is small so walking to the reception is like 1 min if you need anything urgent.

Terrific property and lovely staff - both front desk and F&B. Juli and Yunia were next level helpful. The villa was so lovely … astonishing. Just a beautiful vibe. And the rooftop area and pool was wonderful, as was the spa.

We loved the location of this villa, tucked in off a busy road with lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and beach clubs. Although close to things, it was such a quiet, peaceful villa. Lots of privacy which was also nice. The service was great, super friendly staff and breakfast delicious and fresh. We would stay here again, had a lovely time!

The Villa was very clean, spacious and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. As many other reviews have stated the temporary entrance area is not easy to find and feels unsafe if entering after dark. Near Seminyak beach, which was very unappealing, making the private pool a plus at the Villa.

Personnel très professionnel et au petit soins Mais les villas sont entourée d immeuble sans vis à vis Mais on ce sent un peux enfermé Le soleil apparaît tard sur la piscine et repasse vite derrière les immeuble qui nous entour les villas sont jolie mais un peu rococo avec ses miroir et vitre partout qui donne sur rien en faite.

This property just did not match the expectation. Looks great in the picture but that’s where it ends. Yes I can see how it would have potential but the toilet was smelly and dirty, too many mirrors, the sheets were stained, the couches and chairs were all stained and the lobby is nonexistent and you have to enter the property down a smelly wet tiny alleyway. The pool was dirty and I wouldn’t use it at all just a complete disappointment. I feel like I wasted my money.

I Villa with a smile

With I villa being central and close to Kuta I must say first of all Great Location if you're into food and clubbing you're 5 mins away from some of Balis best kept secrets ie...try the cocktails from el Nacional or head to Waterbom water park....our Villa was room number 3 2brm with a fantastic pool an a huge swan to relax on haha...breakfast and afternoon tea was awesome and varies day by day in villa massage is just Devine but what makes I Villa so special is the attentiveness and the welcoming smile of all the staff Thankyou for making my stay one of the best so far..
