not good communication through expedia

we have booked two night in L hotel via expedia, we asked expedia to check for us was it possible 3 person live in lifestyle suite one week before checked-in date, expeida people answered us not available and told us we should book another room. we are forced to book one more room in semiyak villa coco, we only stayed one night in villa coco, due too a lot of mosquito. when we asked L hotel, they allow the third person for extra charges Rp 500 000. if expedia did good communication for us, then it is unnecessary for us to book another room. L hotel asked us extra charges Rp 500 000 for third peerson, but offer nothing ( slippers, water and toiletries ) for the third person.

Excellent service

Even thought the room is comparatively small, their service is excellent!!! they provide us a mobile phone during our stay and offer free pickup and dropoff service around Seminyak area, my hubby and I found it very thoughtful cuz this was our first time in Bali and we were worried about getting lost or calling the bad taxi. besides, their in room breakfast are DELICIOUS!! so many to choose from the menu!! (I tried almost everything and the indonesian style is the best! but the fresh juice are so-so). minibar and kielhl's body care are free! great!! one thing to complain, their water boiler is quite dirty, there were residue floating on the boiled water.

Good breakfast and butler services

Located near the north part of Seminyak, the L Hotel was not very near to the beach clubs. However, there are quite a number of good restaurants around the corner. The breakfast was very good as you could choose American, Indonesian, Continental and Vegan. The coffee here was super good, plus the omelette and the charcoal baguette. The staff will keep smiling and asking if you are good with the services, which made us feel very warm and safe. The hotel offered butler services and a phone to you and you could call the drivers when you wanna go out or come back in Seminyak area, free of charge. However, please do reserve at least 2X times than you have expected as the traffic is terrible around Seminyak. The room was clean and provided hair dryer and unlimited mineral water.

nice and trendy room, except for the tiny toilet it was perfect for a short stay. Gym is "outsourced" and actually it was fantastic (beautiful outdoor swimming pool, great gym, sauna, etc...) the staff? 5stars. All smiles, helpful, dedicated, full of positive vibes. Breakfast not brilliant, but still ok. Location, near shops and amazing restaurant...

Wonderful stay

What a lovely hotel! Great location, lobby was pleasant and welcoming and room was gorgeous! Staff were so so so so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help us and to ensure we had everything we needed. Only downside is the toilet whi h is basically in the wardrobe.

Very basic accommodation. Toilet was literally inside a wardrobe cupboard and stunk. Wasn’t anything special and I wouldn’t stay there again. Just glad we only stayed for 1 night to be closer to the airport.

The staff as at the hotel were super helpful, the area is very close to the Seminyak sqaure. And the shuttle service of the hotel to the square is also very good. The only issue of the hotel is that our room was on the street side of the hotel and it was very noisy at night. P.S don't leave a box of pills open because ants will eat them!!
