黑店！大家別選擇這間酒店！

本人在Hotel.com做過了很多酒店，但是就因為這間酒店的服務質素令我作出第一次的評價，這間真的是黑店黎。這間酒店是我們在峇里島的第一晚酒店，我們在吃過晚飯之後，我們打算步行回酒店，在途中我們遇上了摩托搶劫,我被搶去了電話，回到酒店打算找職員幫手，卻發現所有職員都是敷衍了事的不是真心幫我們的，他們說已找了警察幫忙但其實沒有任何人來過，到了明天一早，有一名職員拍我們房門，說他找了警察朋友幫忙，還說他給了那警察朋友100K盧比，說是報酬的費用，之後跟我們收取了這個費用，其實我一早也知道電話是已經無法尋回，但只是想報案而已，但可怕的是就是連職員也不幫助我們，還欺騙了我們的金錢及信任，到了最後check out,我們發現他們也都是各自各做東西沒有關心過我們，也沒有發現任何警察來過，所以我真的覺得這間酒店是黑店。 順帶一提，這間酒店的位置10分偏僻，前往酒店的道路是伸手不見五指般的黑暗，而且房間設備簡陋，污糟，再加上職員的惡劣服務質素，我真的建議大家千萬別選擇這間酒店，不然你會後悔的一定

Great Value for money

Breakfast taste good. Not many choice but enough portion. Swimming pool is clear and large enough to enjoy the space. If you live at the first floor it would be very convenient for taking shower because you may enter your bathroom directly. Very friendly design. But the wifi signal is poor if you stay too far from the lobby.

worth staying

a new,clean,and stylish hotel, is actually a little bit far from the town , but it just take 5 mins by taxi from town seminyak, the Gym room is small and not enough equipment that should be imporved. guests should prepare all the foods from seminyak square because you can buy nothing near the hotel, but the kitchen is big enough for showing off your cooking skill.swimming poor is great we can talk with other hotel guest while swimming, i will stay there again if the price is still cheap.

1. 房间装修很简洁明亮，有智能电视，iphone的HIFI。 2. 洗手间很大，淋浴间可以直通游泳池，游完泳可以直接洗澡，很方便。 3. 有早餐，自助的，选择不多。 4. 游泳池不小，至少有40m长，游得很爽。 5. 酒店的位置比较偏僻，吃饭娱乐不能随心所欲。 6. 还好酒店有叫TAXI的服务，打车去海滩才2美金。 7. 可以要求late check out 到3PM。 8.总体来说还是很满意的。

农村内建起来的酒店，难找，进去就不想出来，因为比较偏远，但酒店舒适度和前途小姐的优质服务，还是值得再来一次的。

The property is aged. The rooms require some maintenance. Peeling paint, water leak in bathroom from behind wall tiles, the shower doors require some attention. The cleaning staff are wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Unless you advise reception you’ll be in for breakfast daily even if it’s included in your booking, they wont have ready, breakfast we were told was 7:30 to 9:30, but most days it was from 8-8:30am. Room service varies daily, but never available after 4pm. Upon check in you’ll have to pay 200K IDR as a security deposit, make sure you receive a receipt for this, otherwise it may disappear. All laundry services are external, we used Seminyak Laundry which pickup/drop off. There is no laundry services on site. Grab services can drop off to the hotel, just not allowed to pick up as local taxis operate in this region. We walked to the nearest Circle K to be picked up, 5 minute walk. Most days Grab rides were approx $3AUD into Legian/Kuta. The earlier the better to beat traffic. There are a few cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Good Soil Cafe and Eatery is a great spot the staff and food are amazing. The area is quiet and away from the bustle which is a bonus. Access to pool from ground floor rooms is wonderful, straight from deck into pool.

How are the reviews so good?

This might be one of worst experiences I have had at a hotel ever. Staff barely speaks English, location is extremely off and inconvenient and very far from everything. A major problem is that online /app taxis are not allowed to pick you up here meaning everything has to go through the hotel and that took forever since it’s local taxi on a meter and has a minimum price no matter where you go. It says that it is near the beach, it is not. I actually thought I was in the wrong place when the taxi dropped me off. The internert was not stable at all (they have 5 different internet so you end up switching between the one that is decent) meaning I could barely have a single meeting. The gym, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel is something from the last century so it should not be allowed to classify as a gym. It says there is a restaurant but not really and there is no food near by. The room, it was TIRED (lamp didn’t work, phone didn’t work, super old washing spunge in the kitchen - very gross). The toilet also smelled really bad like there was something wrong with the pipes so I had keep the bathroom door shut. I stayed for 9 nights and not once did they change my sheets. I had to ask for cleaning of the room every time. There is construction going on everywhere so it smells like paint. All in all, everything was very inconvenient and they simply don’t know how to run a hotel up to standard. I’m shocked that the reviews were as good as they were. Lies!

Worst hotel and filthiest i ever stayed in

Don't stay here it's dirty and unhygienic, booked another hotel as soon as i could wasted my money. The bathroom looked like i had never been cleaned. Blood stains and holes in pillows cases. Mattress was so old that you could feel the innersprings, peeling paint etc Pictures on the website are misleading

The room was dirty, the bed and floor lots of dust look like an old room, the staff wasnt helpfull they dont even help us with our stuff. The worse part is the toilet and towel. Lots of hair in the floor . I dont think they mop the floor.
