「下午那位女性接待員態度非常惡劣，本來供應的飲用水沒有提供，到接待處查詢都不願意補回，後面住滿7天後可以提出清潔房間，約好時間結果沒有清潔，結果詢間更說好多理由拒絕服務，雖然最後都是清潔了，但態度差而且過程當中已經讓人感覺不快樂，絕對不會再回來了」

「The hotel was spotless throughout and maintained to a very high standard, it's in a great, quiet location within easy reach of the trams, buses or walking to the center for shops and site seeing. The room was a great size, bathroom immaculate, clean and well kept. The breakfast was one of the best we've had with lots of choice, all fresh and well presented. 「A beautiful, grand room full of old world charm and antique furniture in a historic building. Comfortable and cosy The owner greeted us and was very helpful. It was in a great location, busy vibrant area. The room was large and airy and excellent value for money. The bathroom could have been improved upon but was fine for us.」
