If you are looking for the real essence of the island, this is the perfect destiny. This wonderful rustic town house highlights the traditional Mallorcan charm thanks to the natural stone round the facade and the impressive interiors. In addition, it is located in a town where people still enjoys the old habits like going out in the morning to have a walk through the ancient streets just to have a coffee in the bar at the town square or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The terrace of the house is in fact a great place to enjoy a delicious barbecue in peace.

The house comprises two floors. When you enter the main floor, the great hall leads to the dining room which is open to the living area. It is quipped with TV-Sat, AC and two comfy sofas where you can relax. Next, you have the kitchen that features a ceramic hob, oven and access to the terrace. In the laundry room you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower to complete this level. Upstairs you will find a second living area where you can read a book or enjoy yourselves playing a board game. Then, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with twin beds. All bedrooms offer a closet and AC and the two upstairs have a TV-set each (no satellite channels). A bathroom with an independent shower and bath completes the floor. Finally, we can provide a baby cot and high chair if you need them.

Nestled in the heart of Mallorca, Sencelles is a charming traditional village that has retained its authentic Mallorcan character, making it a wonderful choice for a peaceful holiday. Its picturesque streets, welcoming bars, restaurants and local shops invite you to stroll around and experience everyday village life. Thanks to its central location, Sencelles is also an excellent base for exploring the island. Nearby Inca offers a wider selection of shops and restaurants, as well as its famous Thursday market, which is well worth a visit. For a relaxing day by the sea, Cas Capellans Beach in Can Picafort is less than 30 km away, with fine sand and crystal-clear waters. The house is situated right in the village centre, with local amenities just a short stroll away. Although parking is not possible on the street itself, parking areas are conveniently located just a 5–10-minute walk from the property.
