  • The Gîte is located in a typical hamlet on the Séné peninsula, in a shared and enclosed garden. At 150m from the beach and the coastal paths (47km to go), the Séné marshes nature reserve offers walks or bike rides and allows bird watching.
    You can explore the Gulf Islands (Arz Island, Monk Island ...).
    The surface of the accommodation is around 80 m2 on 2 levels. The entrance opens onto the kitchen, and distributes the toilets, the shower room and the living room opening onto a landscaped garden. The through bedrooms are upstairs (height limited by the slope of the roof), the first (160 x 200 bed) is on the mezzanine on the living room and provides access to the second (140 x 190 bed) perfectly closed. We draw attention to the presence of a pool near the Gîte constituting a risk of drowning for young children.
    Linen (40 €) and cleaning (60 €) are optional to order before the stay.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Schöner großer und gepflegter Garten. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Wir waren ohne Auto unterwegs und Frederic (sehr nett und hilfsbereit!) hat uns sogar zum Bahnhof gefahren.Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt ist eine halbe Stunde schöner Spaziergang entfernt und man hat ein großes Gefrierabteil. Manche haben geschrieben, die Decke im Obergeschoss sei niedrig. Ok, das ist so. Da ist man aber auch nur zum schlafen und das Haus ist dadurch eine sehr schöne Kombination aus alt und neu.

Liebenswertes Ferienhaus am Golf von Morbihan

In dem wunderbaren kleinen Häuschen lässt es sich entspannt Urlaub machen. Die sehr gute Ausstattung, der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer auf den Strand und den Golf und der schön angelegte Garten, in dem das Haus liegt, tragen dazu bei. Auch für die Fahrräder hatten wir eine gute und sichere Abstellmöglichkeit. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt.Ein kleines Manko ist die geringe Deckenhöhe des Schlafzimmers, die durch die Dachschräge bedingt ist. Dennoch können wir das Häuschen nur weiterempfehlen!

Une semaine passée dans ce superbe gîte extrêmement calme , très spacieux , très confortable , propre , très bien équipé ( lave-linge , lave-vaisselle , très grand réfrigérateur , vaisselle , etc) . De plus , étant situé très près de la mer ( petite ruelle menant à la plage à 1 minute de marche ), cela nous a permis de faire de longues promenades à pied le long du littoral ( sans prendre la voiture ). Le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique ( merci pour la brioche à notre arrivée !) et arrangeant . De plus , il est très réactif ( cafetière en panne immédiatement remplacée !) . Un plus : les 2 vélos adultes mis à disposition . Bref , nous conseillons vivement cette location .

Sehr gut ausgestattet und ideal für die Erkundung des Golfs von Morbihan

Das Haus liegt in einem Garten mit Obstbäumen und ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Küche ist geräumig mit einer kompletten Küchenzeile und einem großen Esstisch. Es gibt im Dachgeschoss ein großes Doppelbett und im angrenzenden Raum befindet sich ein kleineres Doppelbett. Vom Haus aus kann man den Strand zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichen. In wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto ist man in Séné, wo es einen kleinen Carrefour-Markt gibt. In wenigen Minuten mehr ist man in den Vannes, wo einem alle erdenklichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung stehen. Die ganze Region um den Golf von Morbihan lässt sich von hier aus gut erfahren. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit, sollte es einmal ein Problem geben. Insgesamt ein sehr zu empfehlendes Haus!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht und die vielen Radtouren und Ausflüge am Golf von Morbihan sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus hat einen besonderen Charme durch die Kombination von alter und neuer Architektur und bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der sehr schön gestaltete Garten mit Meerblick lässt jedes Gärtnerherz höher schlagen. Besonders freundlich und nett ist der Gastgeber, der auf Anfrage hilfreiche Tipps und Anregungen beisteuert.
