  • House is located in a private community yet only 2.5 miles to Death Valley and Clemson. Enjoy a walk down to the lake or relax on the back deck. WIFI is included with access to Netflix and Hulu. Kid friendly as well. Property is also within 1.2 miles of Oconee Airport, 0.7 miles to a dock, 1.5 miles to the grocery store, and less than 1.3 miles to Y beach public parking (avoid game day traffic if you are coming in for football). Close to everything in Oconee, Pickens and Anderson Counties.
