"The 10-year-old lady at the desk could not process my card and check VA. So into Expedia and she still couldn't check me in. She asked me to leave and I did. I try to get a refund through Expedia and they said no. They're going to go with their vendor. If you need a refund from Expedia, they will not back you up!"

"Booked the hotel around noon and arrived at 6:00 to check in. Waited for about 15 minutes before they told us they were short staffed and it would be about 45 minutes before we could get into a room. That asked us to leave our name and number and they would call us when it was ready. So, we went out and did our thing and came back at 1:30 in the morning. I never received a call and when we got back they said all the rooms are booked. So I didn’t even get to stay there, I had to find another place at 2:00 in the morning…"

"Yes. The kitchen area was ok. There was no cold water, the toilet wouldn't fill up. My daughter and I had to use a bucket to refill it. Also, people left bags of trash outside the Trash Room. As of next week, this establishment will no longer be in business. I feel terrible for the guests and the staff. Thank you. "
