You can’t beat the location: we got to wake up to Lake Superior views, hear the waves crashing overnight, and could walk a few minutes up the road and be on the North Country Trail for trail runs and hiking. "My wife has a service dog, so we always try to pick pet-friendly hotels. Expedia has them listed as pet-friendly but they are not. However, because of her dog being a service dog, they didn’t bat an eye and made us feel fully welcome. I know it’s the law, but there wasn’t a hint of concern when we checked in. Very much appreciated."
