"This hotel was absolutely perfect, and I will 100% be staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo. The room was equipped with so many thoughtful amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. They had clearly considered everything a traveller might need. If you take the time to read through the hotel's reviews, I am sure every review mentions the all the great amenities offered. Daily housekeeping was also available, which was a wonderful bonus. The facilities throughout the hotel were equally impressive. Having access to a 24/7 ice machine was such a nice touch and something I really appreciated during my stay. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. I had an extremely early check-out at 3:30am and was worried I might have to wait for assistance. However, as soon as I rang the bell, a staff member appeared almost instantly to help me. That level of attentiveness was truly impressive. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is conveniently situated between two train stations, making it incredibly easy to get around Tokyo. It's also only about a 20-minute walk to the heart of Shinjuku, while still allowing you to enjoy a quieter area to rest. I couldn't fault this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo."

"Great value for the price. The hotel is located on a quiet street, but still within easy walking distance of convenience stores, a subway station, and several attractions, including the government building. The room isn’t particularly large, but it’s laid out well and gets the job done. One thing I appreciated was the space under the bed for storing luggage, which helped keep the room from feeling too cramped. The bathroom is definitely on the small side, but it’s perfectly functional for showering and getting ready. The lobby is clean and welcoming, and overall the hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable stay without unnecessary extras. If you’re looking for a convenient, affordable place in a good location, this is a solid choice."

"Great location right next to Shinjuku station with a super helpful staff! The onsite bakery was a great way to start the day and the vibe in the lounge / restaurant made it an easy place to unwind at the end of long fight seeing days. Would go back in a heart beat. If you’re a gym enthusiast, know it’s a small gym that has basic equipment. It’s the only thing we wished was bigger with more options. Overall loved the spot!"

"What a hidden gem that we were blessed to find. Right in front of the trains station. Exiting the building you are welcomed by a Starbucks and 7-11 and restaurants and UNIQLO asks shopping AND AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE. We got the two bedroom with a livingroom and kitchen. The fridge and microwave was a blessing. Just remember this pix to find the entrance pretty tricky"

"The hotel was two blocks from where my son lives near yoyogipark.I don’t know if I would stay there again. We had a suite which was expensive. It faced the park but the noise level outside from cars, ambulances,motorcycles kept me up all night.The staff was great except one annoying staff at the pool.I let my son and his wife swim after we had spent $140 on a seafood salad and two drinks.Then this staff member started yelling at me .Are they staying here.Well they have to go.The pool was empty because it had been raining.However, he really embarrassed my new daughter in law.The manager came and apologized but we didn’t even get an offer of free drinks.So I don’t think I’d stay there again."
