Good value for a single room.

The room was small, but sufficient for my needs. It was very clean. The bathroom was spotless. The bed was firm. The free breakfast was varied each day with typical Japanese cuisine. The staff were very friendly even though I speak no Japanese.

Generally, I like its clean property, serving Breakfast is convenient. When I checked in around 3:40pm, they didn't let guide to the room; needed to wait till 4pm, if you are not member of Toyoko-inn. I never had such way before. If I become a member with 1500 yen, then, they will lead to the room. I thought this is something new, and don't like such way. As long as they say 3pm check-in, regardless, t should be done accordingly.

We booked a twin room for our family, two adults two children. However, there were only two pillows and two towels in the room. When I inquired about this, we were given two additional pillows, but had to pay for towels. Not expensive, but unpleasant, nonetheless.
