    Description: Ground-floor studio apartment. Living room with double sofa bed and single bed, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower.

    Completing the property: paved courtyard with table and chairs, private parking space, and washing machine located in a cubicle at the back of the building.

    Self-check-in via locker with keys (a code will be provided on the day of arrival).

    Prepayment by bank transfer within 7 days of arrival or by credit card on the day of arrival.

    The price includes:

    - rental

    - water, electricity, and gas consumption

    - 24-hour on-site assistance

    - initial and final cleaning

    - supply of bed linen and towels for all occupants of the apartment
