"Wife and I had a wonderful stay in a spacious, quiet, clean, elegantly designed and very comfortable room with large windows overlooking the city. Staff were consistently helpful. Breakfast at both restaurants are excellent. The lobby space is beautiful. The hotel location is perfect. We are grateful to the staff and want to acknowledge the person who checked us in, our housekeeper, the bell desk and breakfast staff - thank you for a memorable stay."

"Our stay at the Novotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we received wonderful service and felt very welcome. The room was comfortable, and all the amenities were excellent and of very high quality. The restaurant was also outstanding, with excellent service and absolutely delicious food. A special thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We truly appreciated the wonderful hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Hotel staff were wonderful and very helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The amenities at the hotel were very good. There is a small wine cooler in the room instead of a mini fridge that was the only negative"

"Hotel itself ideally located for most things, but even in deluxe room furniture pretty basic, but beds comfy. Breakfast was OK but no Black/Breakfast tea, only Earl Grey or fruit teas, Coffee from machine was lukewarm but if you ask for hot milk they will bring it. After a long day site-seeing was disappointed to find that there nowhere to get a drink in evening, small lounge on 17th floor but only sold spirits. oh for a glass of wine. Most of the staff had reasonable English, whereas I had no Korean, and were very helpful."

"Hotel was right in front of a subway entrance which made commuting very handy. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was not very helpful...I had requested non feather pillows and bedding (extremely allergic) and I was told that the entire hotel only had feather pillows!!!! I asked for a recommendation for where I could buy a pillow in the morning and the girl said she would let me know but she never did. There are no towel hooks (towels kept at entrance of room and not in the actual bathroom) and no face cloths. Rooms very clean"

"Good not great - I booked one of the character themed rooms on the 14th. These are more expensive. The themed decor is excellent. However the room is not really fit for two adults - only one wide table and only one charger near the bed. The chargers on the desk didn’t work and the far charger near the tv was low voltage and so took a she to do anything. The air con is centrally maintained and during our stay was too cold. Also the vents don’t appear to have been cleaned. When opting to open the window this is behind the desk and if open the curtains aren’t thick enough to keep any light out with the window closed (the window has a blind on it). The entire room (likely as the window is never open and the air on never cleaned) is very musky and humid. A dehumidifier is provided but with the lack of functional plugs it wasn’t possible to use this. The bathroom was fine but the shower head desperately needed cleaning. The real selling points of this hotel were the location and the excellent buffet breakfast"
