HOTEL THE BOTANIK SEWOON MYEONGDONG

"Great place and a great location, walking distance to several shops and stores. English speaking staff was very helpful. emart is located inside the hotel building and a CU mart across the street. Location is probably 20-25 min walk to Myeongdong district. Bar stools inside the room were very uncomfortable and hard wood. A bit pricey hotel for the location but something to consider for a short taxi/uber rides to majority of the touristy destination."
Fraser Place Namdaemun Seoul

"We stayed at Fraser place for 10 days in June/July. We chose a premium room, which included a small kitchenette, washing machine, and helpful drying maiden, iron and ironing board and numerous other very helpful utensils. We arrived at 13.30 for an advertised 15:00 check in. After our 13 1/2 flight, we were quite exhausted. We were so pleased and grateful to the reception desk for ringing housekeeping, confirming our room was ready, and allowing us access to it an hour and a half early. It felt, to us, like a lifesaver. Thank you ! We thought the hotel was extremely well positioned, within walking distance to the main train station (15 mins walk) and also City hall station (3or 4 minutes). Also close enough to lots and lots of restaurants and even a royal palace. Whilst at the hotel, we made use of the gym, ..for regular gym users it is a bit limited but allowed us to keep on top of our fitness regime whilst on holiday, and also the spa/sauna which was again, limited, but spotlessly clean, extremely well stocked with towels and complimentary toiletries and a very nice facility indeed. In summary we thoroughly enjoyed our stat at this very comfortable, well managed hotel. The staff were delightfully polite and helpful, and the property was extremely well sited to enable first time visitors to explore the city and wider beyond."

"One of the best hotels in Korea. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Swimming pool was so fun and they did outdoor concert for swimmers. It was so fun. The Room was well maintained and clean. We stayed during the hot summer but the blanket was heavy, seemed for winter. Toiletries are not complimentary."

"Me and my husband absolutely love staying at this hotel everytime we are in Seoul. Very convenient in terms of location to transportation: the airport limousine bus drops off a minute away, station access within a couple minutes, and bus stops just a few steps from the entrance of the hotel. There is also a port cochere for easy taxi or car drop offs and pick ups. There is a plethora of food options in every direction, including some nightlife one street behind the hotel. This hotel’s staff is always friendly and respectful, extremely clean, and has a nice view of Gyeongbokgung Palace and the surrounding city. The room size is enough for a couple. We got a room where the toilet room and shower room were separate so that was a plus. One of my favorite amenities that they provide are collagen eye masks which are perfect when you’ve traveled for hours and need a refresh. Highly recommend this hotel for short or long stays. We can’t wait for our next trip to the Hotel Gracery Seoul!"
