Not coming back again
I am a tourist and I feel so regret to have picked this hotel. This hotel is situated at the top of the mountain (which you cannot tell from the hotel booking website at all). its very inconvenient with no train station, bus station, even no restaurants around, except a few coffee shops. Given this inconvenience, this hotel capitalise on this opportunity to charge you a very overpriced food and drinks in the hotel. Breakfast buffet per person is 40USD per head. For in room service dining, foods are all expensive and dont live up to its price, a coffee latte costs you 14USD. All these not even count the 10% VAT yet Transportation can only rely on taxi or uber. If its weekend, warning that its so congested for all the cars going to the hotel. I almost missed my flight for coming back to get my luggage. So lets talk about the room, the bathroom is a disaster, very small, and the sink is so small thats its stuck already on my first night of arrival, at the end need to find a technician at midnight to come over to the room to pump it, as the water is stuck in the sink just after brushing teeth. The sink is also built not at a considerable height. For a tall person like me, I have to bend over my waist to wash my hand/ brush teeth every day Room ventilation is dry and the temperature is hard to control As for housekeeping, another disaster here, the housekeeper never fold any of my pajamas, and she just randomly throw it onto the chair, sometimes onto the sofa next to my luggage.

這間位於梨泰院半山區清幽地段的五星級大酒店，確實相當吸引。需要乘搭巴士到達，交通並不太親民。但優點很多，瑰麗堂皇的酒店大堂，餐廳選擇非常足夠，有豐富的房內餐單。房間景觀優美，一面對河景，一面向山景。房間設計時尚，有特色的畫藝術。絕對是渡假的好地方，可選擇聖誕或新年時期入住，會帶給你難忘的體驗。

Wunderschönes Hotel in sehr guter Umgebung. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Die Zimmer sind hell, sehr sauber und haben einen fantastischen Ausblick! Die Club Lounge ist sehr groß und dennoch gemütlich.

Ein sehe schönes Hotel mit gutem Service. Tolle Lage. Das Zimmer hingegen war nicht den Preis wert. Eine Schiebetür zum Bad, die extrem laut schepperte und sogar im Gästebereich im Erdgeschoss gab es modernere WCs.

Loved this hotel. Amazing view and staff. This property is a bit further away from main attractions and airport but there is a bus that you can hop on and off to go to the town below and also to train stations plus the airport bus also picks and drops in front of the hotel so that is very convenient.

From all the different hotels in Seoul, this hotel felt the most American which took away from the country’s charm. Breakfast buffet availability is nice, reserving next day airport taxi service is convenient and only a short walk to Nansam park.

Overall the staff is phenomenal but the property it’s lack lusting for the price. The staff is absolutely amazing! Young (concierge), in particular, was very helpful when I was in need of acquiring medication. She went above and beyond in finding me an open pharmacy on a Sunday!
