Right outside this hotel are eateries and bars and people out on the street eating into late hours of the morning, some of them drinking alcohol. If you're ok with that, no problem. I didn't notice noise being an issue but it potentially can if you sleep early. I like the mirrors in the room.

I arrive to an overheated 30°C room. The tub has stains of unknown origin, Mold and mildew on the washroom walls. A mirror hides a dusty and dirty wall behind it. Other walls show signs of dirt and have not been cleaned or maintained. I do not recommend this place. Expectations were not met. I left and went to stay with family instead I will be looking in to disputing my charges at this hotel as I did not stay. Staff were not helpful and went escalated to the manager. He told me to go through Expedia. Little did he know I had already gone through Expedia, who had told me that they had everything approved on their end, but it was he the manager who refused to refund me for the disappointing hotel room. When I told him this he would just go around in circles saying there’s nothing that he could and I realize this was a pointless conversation to have. Travellers beware. Do your research and prepare well in advance. It’s always worth it for comfort when staying in another country.

スタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。気分良く滞在ができました。日本語ができる方も居ました。入り口ドアは二重扉になっており、部屋に入って次の扉を開ける前にすぐに壁にカードの差込電源があります。分かりにくいので注意です。ロビーに紙コップと自由に飲める水サーバーがありましたが部屋にも水のペットボトルがありました。ロビーで無料アメニティを必要分もらうスタイルです。部屋にコップやバスローブはありません。部屋にあるのはタオルとドライヤーと冷蔵庫とテレビとゴムスリッパです。USB-A、USB-Cソケットは無くSEタイプ？(２つの丸いピンを差し込む形)の電源のみですのでプラグを持って行く必要があります。バスタブがありましたが亀裂が入っているのをテープで修復されており湯を張るとテープが剥がれたのでバスタブに湯を張ることはできませんでした。ですがバスタブがあるだけで水がトイレの床を濡らさないので大変良いです(近辺のホテルはシャワーとトイレの逆目が無く床がびしょ濡れになる物があります)。シャンプーコンディショナーボディジェルはついていました。シャワーの圧力も排水も問題ありませんでした。掃除は言えば入ってくれて、タオルもゴミ袋も言えば毎日交換してくれます。シーツの交換は4日に1回です。ホテルの目の前が鍾路3街の駅で飲食店も沢山あり大変便利です。隣はもへじと言う日本の鉄板焼きの店です。20分くらい歩けば安国、明洞、広蔵市場あたりは徒歩圏内です。仁川空港行きのバス停(6002番バス)までも徒歩10分程度です。

日本語が少しできるフロントでマスクパックもいただきました。洗面台がお風呂場でなくベッドの横で少し不便はありましたが駅前なのでアクセスよかったです。週末は駅前の屋台がありましたが室内ドアか二重なので騒音は気になりませんでした。

立地や広さや清潔感にも満足でスタッフにも親切にして頂き快適に過ごしました。次回も利用したいと思います。ただ１点だけお風呂に浴槽があるのに底に割れ目が入っていてお湯を貯める事ができませんでした。 そこが改善されれば嬉しい。

駅近で周りにご飯屋さんもコンビニもあって困る事はなにもなかった！ 部屋のドアの鍵がちゃんと閉まる時と閉まらない時があるからそこだけ少し残念でした。

Das Zimmer war schön geräumig und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel an sich war gut gelegen und auch angenehm gerochen, was in Korea manchmal schwierig ist zu bekommen. Das einzige was besser sein könnte, es hätte ruhig in der Lobby ein Getränke Station geben können wo die Gäste nach Belieben sich daran bedienen würden. Ich habe schon in viel günstigeren Hotels besseren Versorgung gehabt als dort. Es gibt zwar ein „Café „ im Haus der aber nicht besonders charmant und auch teuer ist. Ich finde für das Geld was man für die Übernachtung bezahlt könnte es ruhig das umsonst sein.
