Most part of the stay was nice and comfortable. Just a few things could have other choices for good. -the scent of place was too strong. - calling at night(10:30) was not working(front desk, service, concierge)

Ms Julia Kim provided a lovely room as soon as she saw my grandson He loved it and we ended extending our stay for two more nights instead of moving to another hotel for our last lag of stay in Seoul.

To no fault of the staff, other guest on the floor had no etiquette. They were loud in the hallway, slamming their doors repeatedly, and screaming late at night in their rooms.

It was a very pleasant stay overall. Stuff was very helpful and friendly. The only time that I felt a bit outward was the last day in lobby when I was waiting for my taxi holding my little granddaughter. I was going to ask a man in dark suit uniform. But he completely ignored me. I did not get his name as my granddaughter started to get fussy. Other than it, it was very good.
